I have been in your situation in the first week of quarantine..and everything changed when I started to do exercise, yoga and meditation EVERY DAY!! I suggest to start going to the gym, even if don't feel to! Do yoga with adriene, she is amazing, follow her playlosts. And search for guides meditations about anxiety, calm, mimdfulness etc... Do thia everyday and you will see after 1 week you will be different 😁 I also have taken 2-3 tines herbafit kapi 3. It's a bio supplement. Hey Edyth, your feelings are totally valid. A soul that feels empty or is pained is such a tough thing. One thing that I take comfort in is that in order to extract the goodness from an olive, let’s say olive oil, it first has to be crushed. Oftentimes it can feel like a giant boulder crushing your heart, but I would encourage you to seek Jesus. It may sound weird, but when He enters Your heart that boulder dissolves. I felt so isolated, and I truly was. He’s changed that, and He’s done it for many, many countless others. I hope you take encouragement from this and know there’s no condemnation whatsoever. This works! It really works! Earlier today, while listening to it (for days, while working) I suddenly recalled a memory. In that memory, I was filled with anxiety. Struggling to keep up. Afraid of the outcomes. I saw all the places that I had those anxiety issues, etc. And I began to cry like crazy ... and after a while, I felt so much better. I realized how strong I am right now. And how much I've accomplished over the years. I hope that you can experience the same... whoever you are. You are strong!!! Don't forget it and never give up.

I was doing a gratitude meditation and this came on afterwards and I immediately felt a wash of calm and peace come over me, I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything so beautifully soothing. I’m going through a divorce after 30 years with a narcissist and I’ve had a hard time letting myself cry or feel like there is anyone actually kind out there and as I’m reading the uplifting comments I am crying tears of of release and joy so thank all of you. 🙏🏻 If you’re struggling with something similar know that it gets better and you will find yourself and your place in the world again.❤

If you have children I’d strongly recommend they seek counseling as well. Meanwhile please don’t blame yourself for being sucked in. With the help of a good therapist you can explore ways to step into your power. Sending you love and understanding. Before one looks for love, one must first learn they are WORTHY of their own love first. I highly recommend the book “You Are A Badass” by Jen Sincero. It took a lot of time, a lot of faith and a lot of „getting ups“ but I promise you, it is worth it, it will get better and there is always someone who believes in you, I am actually! I came across this music on father's day. My father passed away 27 years ago by suicide. Father's day used to make me sad but time has healed my soul that now I remember the love he gave me and the happy moments we shared. A few days ago I dreamed about him filling up our snack cabinet with individually wrapped croissants when I was little. He probably bulk-purchased or something but when he realized me and my sisters were really excited about a cabinet-full of croissants and enjoyed eating them (back then croissants weren't so common in my country), he continued filling up the cabinet with more croissants for a week or so. He never ceased to fill my heart with love even after he passed. So glad to have found and be listening to this beautiful music remembering him.

I felt like my brain was going to explode with all the thinking I knew I needed to do to make my life better, to move past my current mental pain already. I wanted to be alone because I've been drained from socialization but I wasn't recovering fast enough and I genuinely despised being human... I tried brown noise but it didn't make the feeling go away, and it wasn't stimulating enough either, my mind was still screaming for release. But this... This helps so much. I almost cried. I think I'll let myself cry if I listen for long enough. Beautiful playing, too. Reminds me a bit of Minecraft music. Thank you for the comfort today. I can finally journal now.

This helped me release so much pain that I’ve been holding on to (unknowingly) I cried with so much gratitude, after all the things I’ve been through or as collectively what we’ve all been through… even though bad things happened.. we are able to see the beauty and the strength it took for us to still carry on with love & grace.. I'm going through it right now. A lot of 'it' and it seems like something new blows up in my face each day. This music, and a lot of your other work, really helps to calm me. There is so much adversity in my life, but in these moments I can try to relax, understand that peace comes from within. I can't ignore the external factors though, as ignoring your problems does not make them go away, but instead I need to remember that external factors should not control my inner peace.
I felt like poop and I decided to get up and do myself a favour. Took a shower, made myself hot tea, got blueberries to eat. it might not seem like much but it takes a lot when you’re anxious and mildly depressed. This helped me do it ! Brought much healing and compassion for myself ❤ Thank you very much, kind soul!

Hey Edyth, your feelings are totally valid. A soul that feels empty or is pained is such a tough thing. One thing that I take comfort in is that in order to extract the goodness from an olive, let’s say olive oil, it first has to be crushed. Oftentimes it can feel like a giant boulder crushing your heart, but I would encourage you to seek Jesus. It may sound weird, but when He enters Your heart that boulder dissolves. I felt so isolated, and I truly was. He’s changed that, and He’s done it for many, many countless others. I hope you take encouragement from this and know there’s no condemnation whatsoever. This works! It really works! Earlier today, while listening to it (for days, while working) I suddenly recalled a memory. In that memory, I was filled with anxiety. Struggling to keep up. Afraid of the outcomes. I saw all the places that I had those anxiety issues, etc. And I began to cry like crazy ... and after a while, I felt so much better. I realized how strong I am right now. And how much I've accomplished over the years. I hope that you can experience the same... whoever you are. You are strong!!! Don't forget it and never give up.

I came across this music on father's day. My father passed away 27 years ago by suicide. Father's day used to make me sad but time has healed my soul that now I remember the love he gave me and the happy moments we shared. A few days ago I dreamed about him filling up our snack cabinet with individually wrapped croissants when I was little. He probably bulk-purchased or something but when he realized me and my sisters were really excited about a cabinet-full of croissants and enjoyed eating them (back then croissants weren't so common in my country), he continued filling up the cabinet with more croissants for a week or so. He never ceased to fill my heart with love even after he passed. So glad to have found and be listening to this beautiful music remembering him.

I felt like my brain was going to explode with all the thinking I knew I needed to do to make my life better, to move past my current mental pain already. I wanted to be alone because I've been drained from socialization but I wasn't recovering fast enough and I genuinely despised being human... I tried brown noise but it didn't make the feeling go away, and it wasn't stimulating enough either, my mind was still screaming for release. But this... This helps so much. I almost cried. I think I'll let myself cry if I listen for long enough. Beautiful playing, too. Reminds me a bit of Minecraft music. Thank you for the comfort today. I can finally journal now.

I'm going through it right now. A lot of 'it' and it seems like something new blows up in my face each day. This music, and a lot of your other work, really helps to calm me. There is so much adversity in my life, but in these moments I can try to relax, understand that peace comes from within. I can't ignore the external factors though, as ignoring your problems does not make them go away, but instead I need to remember that external factors should not control my inner peace.
I felt like poop and I decided to get up and do myself a favour. Took a shower, made myself hot tea, got blueberries to eat.
it might not seem like much but it takes a lot when you’re anxious and mildly depressed.
This helped me do it ! Brought much healing and compassion for myself ❤
