Thank you for the video. I actually started watching you on life or debt (love the show) and have found you to be extremely helpful in that aspect of life as well as sales. I work in non-standard insurance so with that market the people are usually falling off of the books for non-payment. Do you have any videos about retention and keeping clients on the books?

That's perfectly fine, all of your other material is great though. I saw your Plexus event and I started presenting customers with a third option. We apply the A.I.D.A sales process. A very valuable one. But yes indeed often my sales accountants walk away from it and then run into walls...

hi Victor. i’m from Nepal and im working as a sales executive in Budget airlines. in our market even the legacy airlines are reducing air fares to budget airlines level. how to compete in such situation with legacy airlines in such situations? plz need your suggestion.

Hi Victor, I am a Product Manager for an IT distribution company, the challenge is the Vendor supplies us and another distributor..they get 60 to 70% market share and the rest falls on us. What may I focus on considering that dealers feedback that the competitor had better models and pricing. But I believe that there is something lacking for me to get more share and to aid my salespeople to close better deals. To profit from what we have that is. Because in IT everything sells. Right? Any suggestions or advice Sir. Thanks!
Tough question without knowing more. The answer is yes, there is always a way to distinguish your business model but it would require us sitting down and going through your whole sales and service offering.
