@@writeitup3080 thank you and best of luck onboarding your team. Having the right team doing the right things plays a big part in your longevity, sanity, and growth so it’s great that you’re dedicating time to getting onboarding right. As you know, First impressions makes a huge difference and it sets the scene how for your team on what’s expected and how to work, communicate and ultimately produce the results that you want.
For my new moving company, I'll be focusing on Fulfillment/Delivery System Processes and SOPs. For my real estate biz, I'll be mapping out better Processes & SOPs in the Marketing & Sales Systems. Other smaller businesses will be based on whatever we discover on Customer & Hiree Journeys. Keep up the awesome videos!
You are a superstar. The clarity in which you articulate yourself is next to none. Then the breakdown of all the systems and information is almost like you’re giving a personalized class in which you offer a marvelous unique customer experience. 🙌🏾💯🙌🏾
Given my Audit background early in my career, the first task is to document the system in place at a client. This was done with both narratives and flowcharts. As we learnt, 'you cannot audit what you don't know'. Systems and business analysis is a key skill that an auditor must possess.
Your channel is the only one I am actually learning things about running a business. Other people are good and give me small tips but your overall videos are so helpful. Keep these amazing videos coming!!! thank you
Me, too! I cannot even begin to list how many books, videos, courses I've taken and still, I didn't get it! After my first business went belly up, I concluded I wasn't smart enough, so I read everything! I finally Googled, "how to manage a business" and two clips later, this video came up. What a game changer this is!! Simple, to the point and, understandable! Thank you 😊
This is crazy i mean just trying to listen to this and understand it is very advanced shit let alone teaching it to others , hats off, and btw this is very hard to execute
I did a quick search to help with this issue because I was becoming more and more overwhelmed with all of the details I didn't know. Like, most of this seems obvious, but when considering all of the various mapping that needs done, it gets overwhelming pretty quickly, then I put it all off lol. This has been a very helpful video, along with your other relevant ones. I will be visiting your channel more in the next few days. . . Thank you, for all that you're doing to be helpful to others. I appreciate you.
I always trip out on the fact that I’ve been developing my companies for a good while now and every time I begin to hit that “okay, what’s next” the right videos come in place to fill in the gaps. 🤝🏼 I love the fact that I thought all this naturally and your video demonstrates I’m on the absolute right track.
Another great video! Mapping out the customer journey is a valuable first step to identifying systems, and where they’re lacking. Great advice, since it’s often difficult to figure out where to start. Thanks for this!
Thanks Mary! I agree... Starting is usually the hardest thing and that was the idea behind this video :) Which system(s) are you prioritising to develop / optimise?
Thank you and glad you found it valuable. Yes… plenty more content planned over the coming weeks and months so stay tuned. If there’s a particular business question or topic you have that you’d like us to do a video on, just write it here in the comments.
You are saying a lot of things that resonating with me right now. Very clear and well-organized videos. I’d be super curious to see the inner workings of your business.
In theory everything looks clear and easy. When it comes to apply, its different... 1. Who is responsible for creating systems: CEO, manager of each department (and if the system involves more departments - what manager is responsible for the entire system) ? 2. What software is recommended to use for creating and using the systems? 3. The documents (procedures; checklists; general rules) - how do they must be organised, in folders by departments or there is a software for that?
This was incredibly insightful. Although I was aware of the need for systems and processes, the actual implementation eluded me. My SOPs were disorganized and overly complex, causing confusion. Your video, however, introduced a structured approach, making it easier for me to understand my business through the Pillar analogy. Thank you for making it clearer and more manageable.
great content. always looking forward to your videos. it’s amazing you have so much engagement with such little subscribers. testimony to your great content. Imagine when you have over a million subs. onwards and upward for you mate 🚀

I thought production would be under operations. Would you explain? Also, I Dont understand the difference of the funcions of the Admin/managment and the Operations department. Please I would love you to explain it. Thanks
