Here's the best price I can find for Transparent Labs LEAN Pre-workout: feastgood.com/recommends/transparent-labs-lean/
This is an affiliate link. Feel free to use it or don't. There's no extra cost to you. It simply helps me purchase more product to review for the channel.
Also, it's important to mention, an affiliate link is NOT a sponsored link. I paid for this product 100% with my own money and reviewed it independently. I have never received any financial compensation from manufacturers for reviews. Companies never know that I'm reviewing their products before a video gets published.
It makes no difference to me whether I love or hate the product, I simply tell you my candid opinion.
So while I can receive commissions for referring sales to products, if you end up being disappointed with my recommendation and don’t come back to the channel, I lose my audience trust. This is why I always set a very high standard for my review process, and constantly strive to provide the best, most honest, and most helpful information.

Good video with an appropriate amount of detail. Covered most all the questions inhad regarding the product .

Excellent feedback. Glad this format works. It's hard to know how much or how little to put into a video review. There's A LOT more detail in the article, but not all of that would be engaging with a video.

Looking for feedback. I'm not sure if I should go into more or less detail when it comes to ingredients. I don't want to make the video too long, but I also want to make sure you understand the formula. Open to suggestions!

i have been using Lean for about a month and last two weeks i've been using it on an empty stomach as i started working out in fasted state. I do strength training, lift weights. My current goal is to lose weight and maintain lean muscle mass, and i really don't focus on pump. This pre-workout is just perfect for my goal. I am getting enough energy to crush those 60-90mins workouts and it's keeping me active throughout the day.
I sweat more when taken on empty stomach for fasted workouts compared to having after meal. I can feel and see the difference in the mirror. But first, your diet plays an important role in your transformation journey.
hint: add pinch of pink himalayan salt to your pre-workout .

After this review, I made the decision to go ahead & purchase the “lean” pre workout…for reference I am a power lifter thats in the process of cutting weight.
While I usually use no pre workout at all because of bad prior experiences, the lean is IT for me. I’m in a huge caloric deficit currently, i’d say lean meat is about 95 percent of my diet rn..so energy levels can be sort of scarce sometimes.
For me, I’m absolutely seeing the results from this pre. My energy levels through the roof almost instantly after taking it. My strength numbers for some reason shot up? Definitely wasnt expecting that but I’m not mad at it.
For anyone looking to cut weight, definitely recommend the lean PWO. 10/10 experience so far.

which pre-workout do you recommend best for weight loss /women?

What is your goal? What kind of workouts do you do? Do you have a preference for energy, pump, strength, or endurance? I can provide a more specific recommendation with this information. Otherwise, I can give you a good all-rounder pick.

Weightloss/ endurance/energy. Do peloton bike and light weight classes for toning. I have been using lean from transparent labs for some time now. Liked best how I never felt sick after nor jittery, but felt like a needed a bit more pump/energy during the class.

Lean is ok but as mentioned, it’s actually quite underdosed in a lot of performance ingredients.
One that I just tested - Alpha Lion Superhuman - has a really unique patented ingredient called SantEnergy Nu, which has been shown to clinically support fat loss.
I haven't reviewed the product for the channel yet, but here's an article the team put together: feastgood.com/alpha-lion-pre-workout-review/.
Also, anything with a full dose of betaine anhydrous (2.5g) will also support improving body composition. There's a few to pick from, but Legion Pulse is top of mind. Here's the review of that: feastgood.com/legion-pulse-pre-workout-review/
Let me know if you have any questions.

@@feast_good question im doing weight lifting and then cardio after, I would like a pre that helps with energy for lifting and helps with weight loss

@@rodcampos1914 I would definitely recommend Transparent Labs Lean for this purpose. However, just remember, the most important thing when it comes to weight loss is your nutrition, not your pre-workout.
