  • Transparent Labs Bulk vs Lean: A Comprehensive Comparison.
    I tested both Transparent Labs Bulk and Lean for 60 days. The decision on whether to buy Bulk or Lean depends on how you use pre-workout, your training, and your overall fitness goals.

    These are affiliate links. Feel free to use them or don't. There's no extra cost to you. They simply help me purchase more products to review for the channel.
    Also, it's important to mention, an affiliate link is NOT a sponsored link. I paid for this product 100% with my own money and reviewed it independently. I have never received any financial compensation from manufacturers for reviews. Companies never know that I'm reviewing their products before a video gets published.
    It makes no difference to me whether I love or hate the product, I simply tell you my candid opinion.
    So while I can receive commissions for referring sales to products, if you end up being disappointed with my recommendation and don’t come back to the channel, I lose my audience trust. This is why I always set a very high standard for my review process, and constantly strive to provide the best, most honest, and most helpful information.

    Thank you for the video!! Please correct me if I’m wrong… if trying to gain muscle, go up in weight (at 165lb trying to go to 180lb) and strength but loose/maintain my body fat. Then bulk would be best?

    • @feast_good
      @feast_good  3 місяці тому

      Yes, 100%. Bulk is best for that specific scenario. But just remember, more important than your pre-workout, is your overall nutrition. The pre-workout alone won't get you there.

      Cool thank you! Might get the lean for cardio days but currently trying to have a high protein low calorie diet to help

      @@Gordooo_ Ya, that's what I've done in the past too. Bulk for strength training days, Lean or Stim Free for cardio days.

      I'd need a lot of information to give you a range, but roughly 0.5-1lb per week is considered healthy weight loss.

    I bought lean first, but after reviweing i realized bulk is more for me. I ended up buying a bulk but im gonna go ahead and finish up my lean before taking my bulk.

      I like Lean for more HIIT sessions. So you could start Bulk now and just use Lean for cardio. But up to you.

    Im trying to lose wieght and beem drain after work. Been looking for something that would give me a boost during my workouts. What would you recommend. Aloha! .

      I'd definitely look at Transparent Labs Lean if your goal is weight loss and you're looking for an effective pre-workout. However, taking Lean won't make you lose weight on its own. You need to pair it with a high protein diet that puts you in a caloric deficit, which is the most important factor for weight loss. Reach out if you want to chat further about a diet (We offer coaching feastgood.com/coaching-services/)

      @@mikeramos7651 That makes sense. Give Lean a try and let me know what you think and if it helps. But give it a full month.
