    My messed up low back and hips and ankle/feet issues created my knee problems from top down to bottom up. Yoga and this is definitely helping

    Definitely going to try this.. Im 41 and knees Definitely been bother me annndd i use to hop on and off a box truck for 8 years, havent done that in 3 years since i changed jobs..seens like my legs and knees are so weak now.. i cant even squat without knees hurting 😢

      @@lonewarrior3841 yes. During Squats I hurt my self. If you do than please do right way with proper instructor or if you know everything than do front of mirror so you can see yourself. Now I am resting …. Hope back on track soon👍🏼

    Thanks for sharing. I have an issue where my when i squat all down, my right knee feels like there is a lot of presure and have a slight pain. Will these exercises help? And what do you think my reason for this pain?

    Hi. I have had patellafemoral pain syndrome for over two years now. Recently, it became so painful I have sought out physiotherapy. However, there was a week or two where I could not walk on it and had to put my weight onto my right knee that now hurts also. I'm fairly young at 33 and concerned I have damaged myself permanently. Will these exercises help with the right knee that was overloaded?

    To make this 10X BETTER?-- simple- add FLEXING to it in the extended position.. extend your leg- and FLEX and hold the flex as hard as you can for 20 seconds or more.. then rest and repeat. It will GREATLY increase your strength with NO chance of injury whatsoever!!

    i had menisus tear i think one year ago .. Few days back i started morning routine stretches after that Right now my knee just having a small pain … Can i do this with that pain? .. (also there is a knee exercise that i found in utube to fix that knee pain with just a towel .. after i do those the pain will Remain silent) Can i do this knee strengthening Exercise ?

    I sprained my left knee about a month ago. Everytime i flex my quad muscle both sides of knee hurts. I can walk and run well but it still feels sore. What should I do?

    My left foot hurts after I do standing heel raise but my right foot is all right. In fact, my left foot hurts as long as I put weight on it.😭 I wonder if you know why.

      @peaceharmony9581. If your knees hurt a lot after the exercises, I encourage you to back off. Maybe start with the bare minimum. Obviously, I don't know your specific condition so it's hard to recommend specifics but in general, I normally encourage people to ease into the exercises gradually if they experience pain with the program.
