Hi Krish , I have regularly viewing your busting myths pod casts , recently there have been articles on airfryer turning food more carcigenic due to high temperature and outer shell of plastic , but airfryer temperature does not go beyond 200 degree celcius , I have philips air fryer which has steel mesh basket inside, outer shell is somw kind of sturdy plastic material . I am quite a regular user of airfryer on daily basis for veggies etc, hydrating tgem a little bit before sauting in pan as that allows to use less oil or sometimes using for french fries.
