    I just made this. I had all the ingredients except for mejdool dates so improvised with gor. Unbelievably 😋😋 tasty. I’m feeling happy knowing it’s a healthy drink too! 😍😎😎😎

      @@skinnyrecipes Can I still make this smoothie with Wholegrain Ragi? have no Sprouted Ragi, just the Wholegrain Ragi. Can I also add Sprouted Flax instead of the whole flaxseeds? I have some of that. I'm struggling to find Ragi Seeds and Sprouted Ragi in the UK. I will have to search online

    This recipe is good. What is your take on time restricted eating? Giving liver rest for 16
    -18 hours and eating within 6-8 hour window?
