    Today's date 18/06/2020
    I successfully completed 60 days in my weight loss journey
    Before my topic is 85 kg
    After 60 days of hard work I reduce 9.3 kgs now my weight is 75.7 kg

    I have a small doubt. Did u reduce this and brought the shape only through these workouts or did u go to gym or also did cardio in gym.
