I’ve lost about 15 pounds after about 2 months, doing this while keeping a strict diet and calorie deficit is a great combo. At first I rarely if at all went the full 45 for each one, and there were a few exercises like the straight leg sit ups that are basically impossible to do if you have no core muscle, so if you are just starting out do the ones you are comfortable with and focus on mastering them until you can do the 45 with ease, then try and work on the others. Keep strong, focused, and ignore the noise and distractions; focus on you, you are doing this for 🫵 not others

Damn this is really challenging 🙌🏽I love it.
So after a month and 18 days I checked my weight.
I lost blazing 9.4KG, I was 75.3 before now I am 65kg. Thanks for the video helped me to return to my old weight.
This workout is very effective only thing u have to do is keep motivated and dedicated don't skip even a single day no cheat meals follow strict diet and workout atleast 3 to 4 times a day for the results , and one more thing is don't take rest more than 15 secs between each excercise complete tye whole set and rest for 10-15 mins until u regain ur breath control and don't let ur body cool down.

@@soulrepost5848 doing it 4 times ( 2 reps morning and 2 at evening) will give u the results very fast . And talking about diet morning I eat whatever is prepared at home but I eat less than 150 grams and 2 banana and a glass Orange or pomegranate juice.
Afternoon I eat fruit or vegetable salad with some Cereals and 2 eggs ( egg white). Evening after workout (45 mins after) any fruit or fruit juice with no sugar ( eat only a small amount so tht u won't feel hungry and energy less untill ur dinner) night eat 2-4 wheat roti or a medium size ragi ball or oats and drink plenty of water.
An average human requires 2500-2800cals per day. It's good if u do some research in Google about how much calories is required for u according to ur activities and keep the food intake with respect to that. I need 2700 cals per day. And my intake calorie is 1500-1700 per day.

Thank you very much this helped me out a lot. I was at the peak of giving up 2 years ago. When the quarantine started I got lay off work and I starting eating alot. I went from 187 pounds to 260 pounds. When I got hired back which was 2021 around summer time I were active and doing all these exercises no give ups. November I went back down at 190 pounds with a 4 pack.

Did this for the first time it sounds easy and so i tried. Then yeah i have passed it without stopping and just a few days it felt harder. After 2 weeks still doing this exercise and im in the verge of giving up but when I saw alot of motivation comments in this channel it gaves me strength and so my mind pulled me through my limits and I'm still continuing this exercise until now......IM sorry if my English bad I just wanna say you can do it and get beyond your limit Guyz your not alone!

@@arkavdas5045 if you're gonna work out after eating, atleast rest for 1 - 2 hours. You'll get constipate if you exercise right after breakfast, lunch or dinner. Usually I eat a snack(healthy ones ofc, not junk foods nor sweets) before exercising and resting for 30 mins before doing workouts.

How much weight am going to lose if I do these everyday for 10 days??
Will be Doing for 50 days with regular diet(avoiding sugar as much as i can, not eating junk food , only homemade foods like rice, roti , pulses, etc)
In the 15 seconds break i do take a long breath and breathe out 2 times to restore stamina (do this if you have less stamina like me)
I am 14 years old and my body posture is messed up with neck hump , belly fat and outwards butt even though i don't eat much
Day 1:- did belly fat excercise(side planks was hardest) in morning and in evening one other belly fat excercise, the hard exercises like side plank, flutter kicks,straight leg situps am not able to do properly .
Day 2 - Woke up with immense body pain in the morning but still did the exercise and in evening at 4 pm did the other belly fat exercise , accidentaly after forgetting about diet i ate a chocolate ( consumed 7g of sugar)
Day 3 - felt like my body was breaking , did 2 surya namaskar in the morning and stretched a little bit and did side jumps, high knees and butt kicks, in evening i wasn't able to do any excersise because i had pain in like literally everywhere - bones , muscles , joints. My hand pains even while editing this comment. Hopefully tommorow would be better
Day 4( sunday) did 1 rep in morning 2 in evening , feeling much better while doing side plank , plank and mountain climbers starting to see a little bit of a change in my stomach , it feels light but it is probably due to consuming less calories , 1170 calories i consumed today
Day 5 - Stopping this immediately , i got to know my body mass index is 19.9 and its just my body posture messed up so basic excercise and walking will solve this, Sorry , will give update on my physical work that i do through the day , actually I did this exercise today with body posture fixing exercise
Day 6- 3km run on treadmill in like 20 mins
Day 7- laziness
Day 8- body posture fixing exercise , and this exercise 1 time
Day 9 - cricket in the mroning for 2 hoursn, and you know its sunday sooooo , i ate a pizza yeah, and excercise this evening
F***ed up for 1 week , ate a lotta sugar , didn't excersise too, will be continuing from today , now
Day 10(after a week) did this
Day11 - going on
Day12 - hell yeah
Day13 - Yes Yes Yes, am able to do 1 time only because of studies , currently in 10th , feeling very light today , day 14- done

im gonna do this 10 days and this is my first day, DAY 1 DOING THIS TRAINING

1 day :- only upto russian twist ( fully exhausted)
Day 2 :- done completey with full breaks 😢. Also drank sip off water. Took me an hour 😢
Day 3 :- completed fully with less breaks and haven't sip water also because of day 2 my body was in immense pain. I will keep you posted and about the changes so it does work ☺️ I have very very little but noticable changes. It will take me an week to fully recover my muscles from pain. Let's see what goes for day 4
Day 4 :- done, now its becoming easy but still difficult, i have not drank too much water and hence less efficient excersise. I accept my mistake and would never do that again. ( I have burnt around 25% waist) Its amazing 😍

Day 6:- recovery from injury

Day 8 :- done ✅ and i am getting power in my stomach area. I did all the way to 45 for flutter kicks 😂. Lets see day 9
Day 9 :- completed, friend told me, i am getting slimmed 😂.
Day 10 :- done ✅. Greeting easier

At first AIR BIKES , SIDE PLANK were nearly impossible to me not even 5 seconds… and now here iam with discipline and will power.. now iam capable of performing any core muscle .. never give up .. also iam weak in English.. i hope u understood
This right here was a gem or a blessing for a fat guy like i was , i did this consistently (as much as possible ) and got amazing results in 4 months i lost 5 kg as a 14 year old , this was hard at start but after a week or so it became progressively easier , love gainz centre for this amazing workout❤❤

I do this exercise once a day based on my convenient time, I also top it up with a 5 km run daily which showed me the desired result.. I have shed around 24 kgs in 7 months time span

Week 2: Easier than first week, lost 2.5kg.
Week 3: Lost 3kg.
Week 4: *Ignored because I have stuffs.*
Week 5: Lost 2kg.
Final Week: Lost 3kg. From 60kg to 52kg. yay!
