Many decades ago, I had nowhere to turn for this kind of information. I didn't know I married a narcissist until six months ago when I began viewing stoicism videos online. Not only did I marry a narcissist, but I finally realized that a sister is one as well. Do they ever change? NO! I had to leave the situation after two years with an abuser. This video will help viewers identify a narcissist in their life and then they should get as far away as possible from them. No one should have to suffer being controlled by a narcissist. It's hell. I recovered and enjoy a peaceful and joy filled life during my senior years, far away from both narcissists.

Getting the Narcissist’s speech out of your head is of utmost importance. They could be dead and gone, yet still abusing you via the repetitive phrases of negativity that will continue to haunt you unless a conscious effort is made to remove/replace these thoughts.
You're absolutely right; the impact of a narcissist's words can linger long after they're gone. It's a constant battle to free oneself from those repetitive, negative phrases. It takes conscious effort and self-compassion to replace them with healthier thoughts. Recognizing this is the first step towards healing and reclaiming our mental peace."
Your insight is profoundly true and crucial for healing. It’s remarkable how you’ve identified the importance of consciously replacing negative thoughts. What techniques have you found most effective in silencing those lingering negative phrases and reclaiming your peace of mind?
It has, been my experience that narcissists do NOT change. I unmasked a narcissist by saying "No". She exploded and is still in her narcissistic rage. I refuse to kowtow to what l consider evil. Indifference works for me.
I've never had a healthy friendship yet everybody's exploitative and manipulative and I always feel suicidal after. Nobody changes nobody cares nobody apologizes nobody has remorse I need help out of this rut that I'm in! Im glad i have these videos when i have nobody else to support me!!
It’s a safe space here. Try fostering a dog or cat. Get plenty of sun. Exercise. Eat healthy. Our gut is our second brain. Get a full blood panel test at your doctor office. You might be deficient in a certain mineral. Don’t give up! I’ll pray for you .
It can be very lonely when you may have no one to turn for help or do not know how to find help that's why we need to seek a professional counsellor to guide us out of this abyss.
I hope you’re feeling better and are working your way out of this slump. I know its hard but try not to think ‘everyone’ is toxic. I know it certainly seems that way sometimes and god knows I’ve thought it plenty throughout my life but the reality is its just not true and when we believe that, it tends to become a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy. We’re all just struggling our way through this life and sometimes we get it wrong, sometimes we make it harder for others but sometimes things turn out for the better, even if it’s just making it through the difficult times because they too shall pass ❤
Hey that's life for us and we are true warriors from God the father who we will return to in due time and until then we March on with heavy hearts heavy hands and heavy jiu-jitsu. I'm with you
Very helpful….Ive lost my “self” over the years. I’ve allowed a narcissist to jumble my head up like a jigsaw puzzle and anytime I try to put the pieces back together they come and jumble it up again. For me there’s no immediate way out…I have to deal with it for the time being, but I heard a good quote this morning, “pain is inevitable….suffering is a choice.” Thank you for posting the video
I am glad you like it, remember you need to be in an positive environment to be your best self. no matter how hard it is to cut all the ties with that person, being with her/him is never gonna help you in the long run, it will just drain your energy. Take care of yourself.
Yah 101% i Agree! I know married to a Narc wife. Two words absent to a Narcs vocabulary; Im so Sorry, genuine heartlfelt sorry and genuine and heartfelt Thank you! with gratitude. K
I went thru a horrible experience with a narcissist a while ago listening to this made me realize I did a lot of that, I went to church and started meditating daily , went on with my day while he thru his tantrums and he hated it. It blew him up and I was lucky to get away with my life. I had no idea what was happening and didn’t even know the word narcissist. Eyes open now I enjoy your videos and am learning a lot. Thank you
Why are there SO MANY narcissists out there?! Actually they are everywhere, to one degree or another. We have to look for the signs and when they show up, break that relationship asap. I’m 71 so I have met quite a few of them through the years. Good luck!!
"Thank you for sharing your experience! It's unfortunate how prevalent narcissistic behavior can be, but you're absolutely right about being vigilant and recognizing the signs early on. It's crucial for our well-being to set boundaries and prioritize healthy relationships. Your wisdom from years of experience is invaluable. Wishing you continued strength and resilience in navigating any encounters with narcissists. Take care!"
Thank you for your thoughtful comment, Bethanyphillips622. It sounds like you've had a lot of experience with this. What are some early warning signs you've learned to recognize in narcissistic behavior?
Thank you for sharing your experience. You are such a brave and courageous woman! You asked why there are so many? My brother is a malignant covert narcissist and for most, it has to do with environment and in the case of my sibling; he had mental issues since a young age. However, my parents rather than getting him help, this was in the 1970’s, he was enabled. It grew worse when I was his target the older we became. No matter what I did, sports, academia, friends, even into adulthood he had to either do the same or input himself in my life somehow. I lost my oldest son 1/2017, dad 5/2018, and mom 3/2023, through all those years, my brother managed to take my only biological child and the rest of my family away! This way I had NO support system, he also did a complete smear campaign of lies and posted disgusting awful things so everyone could see. I lost myself for years, and still healing. So, it really depends on the individual, their environment, their caregivers when young, etc.
Thank you for your empowering comment, Wau12345. It's inspiring to hear about your resilience. What strategies have you found most effective in maintaining your boundaries against manipulative behavior?
What really stood out to me is how Stoicism doesn’t just offer a way to handle narcissists-it’s a tool for healing and self-improvement. It empowers us to break free from the emotional turmoil narcissists try to create, and instead, guides us toward wisdom, resilience, and inner peace. The lessons on setting boundaries, practicing mindfulness, and embracing reality are all about strengthening ourselves, not just surviving toxic interactions. This video is a must-watch for anyone dealing with narcissistic behavior.
This is the very best one, and I mean every word that I have heard about the narc over the past 3 years that I’ve watched UA-cam videos on this topic. Thank You so much!
If anyone is battling to get over their toxic behaviour I used hypnotherapy and it finally sorted my head out. Never thought of trying this and suffered for years but you can feel a difference immediately. Feel like a new person.
Don't sink to the Abuser's level no matter how much you think it would give you satisfaction on the contrary it's showing them that they pushed your buttons once more and you gave just given them more fuel ⛽️ to continue. And 2nd answer me this why would you want to slowly become as they are ?. And I speak from experience. Just ignore them emotionally speaking. Because they have shown nit just you but the world their true colours. Try not to become one of them. Stay true to yourself. I love you all.
Narcs cannot change even if they wanted to, its a severe personality disorder & like a kinda mental issue of which they cannot be cured of, either you must leave them or they will continue to destroy all the good you give, its so sad , but true. I have had to cut off both my sadistic malignant narc parents and cruel narc exes & its so painful, but sadly the more you show them love, is the more they punish you for it, in the end you should save yourself sanity and leave
Your comment radiates strength and resilience. It's inspiring to hear how you've overcome such challenges and found value in this wisdom. What specific strategies have you found most effective in your journey to healing and empowerment?
Before I watch this . I have hit my bottom. I'm tired of being manipulated by someone I truly love. The disrespect and lack of effort to want to do is better. I am done. Today. But I don't want him to suffer because I love him. And maybe when I'm gone and he's alone I the 15yrs will mean nothing and I'm positive he has the next girl lined up. I wish the best. Bye.
You have to radically accept that of they are in fact a narcissist they have never loved you because they are simply incapable of loving you. It's only when you swallow that bitter pill that you can begin to heal and regain your autonomy.
I don't know if you can read my comment, but I still want to leave a few lines here. Think more positively, girl, maybe it's God's will, he wants you to find someone who knows how to love and appreciate you more
Good for you Girl....go live and enjoy YOUR life and not be trapped into making a narc's life content and happy. YOU are far more important the he will ever be.
“The best revenge is to be unlike him who performed the injury.” - Marcus Aurelius Thank you for watching! What do you think is the most effective way to maintain your integrity when dealing with difficult people?
When navigating interactions with difficult individuals, I prioritize staying true to my principles and not letting their behavior dictate mine. It's about taking the high road and setting an example through patience and resilience. How do you preserve your integrity in such situations?"
awareness if what NPD is the first step to healing.. and then you apply the no contact.. grey rock method, live your life to the fullest etc.. i was once a victim of covert narc and took me 3 months to realized it... the trauma bond is the worst and hardest part to move one... but now im slowly healing and moving on
Watch for that Grande Finale when they know you are finally onto their games, they'll blame you for everything wrong in their lives when it's actually their own chaos and confusion about themselves which is to blame. watch for fast forwarding, hoovering you in again and again, don't fall for their charm, it is all that they have your reaction is what they live for. Imagine throwing water over a mirror.. the image of the reflection is distorted... this is what they see, a warped reality which no one can understand, not even themselves. They are deeply troubled, insecure and feed like lice from their focus, remember this...they admire, de-value then discard to everyone they know.
Wisdom is a light in darkness to embrace and not to be challenged we are fruits from the tree of life and everything we need to be who we are is innate development is inevitable and like all fruits some will be good some bad some bitter some sweet so much more easier to accept who you are bless
That sounds so easy but they just don’t show that mask first ..It’s after you feel they are your soul mate they sell this totally fake image or love stability security etc Then the devil shows up and shows out unless you been thru this fr you will never understand
I recently had to walk away peacefully and calmly from a sister never to let her back into my life. The peace I have gained over the years is the most precious understanding I protect by walking away no matter who tries to destroy me.
Thank you for such a very clear explanation and sharing about Stoicism. I can agree to this 100%! This is the way to overcome this crazy situation. I trust strongly one who use to be the victim will be able to turn the table around instead. GOD is great!

Exactly what you're talking about what the one I had I had never experienced anybody like that in my life I didn't know there was so many people going through these kind of people you can't have a relationship with one of these kind of people
One possible example of narcissism may be trying to control situations by finding other people who agree with our opinions to try to force it on the non narcissist. I've fallen into that before by finding myself disliking situations and looking for others who agree with Me.
One major thing I realized is when mine quit "talking" and started asking "questions" this gave him the upper hand to change the subject and take control. When this happens just say " I am sorry I do not answer questions, I ask and YOU answer" and NEVER answer a question. If they test you and continue asking questions just say "this conversation is over." Another thing to say is when they corner you, just say "why do you ask that" doing that takes away their control and YOU are now in control. When they answer, just say "I am not interested in that"
But always make sure they never ever find out what your doing because these narcs are truly some of the most deceptive people around , not me tho I’m totally fine
The narcissist is addicted to ego doses, so his kryptonite is indifference, non-attention. How dare a servant ignore Julius Caesar or Cleopatra? How dare a servant decide when he stops serving his tyrant?
Do such types have ego..or is it a false self-inflated ego that's inconsistent once that mask slips or they take off their uniform. Since they feeding off validation (that's never enough) is there really a core ego to even stroke?🤔
This video is a powerful reminder that stoicism empowers us to rise above toxic behaviors without losing ourselves. Emotional strength, perspective, indifference, and acceptance-these tools are invaluable when dealing with narcissists. Has anyone here found success in applying these techniques? Let’s share our stories!
why torture and waist energy and time. Just move on. No calls... no socials... silence. Do not waste time just move on.... be happy and free. They will use someone else.
When your Happiness and feelings become more important than their happiness and feelings you will get over them. You are living with a demon in 3d. Accept it and start loving yourself today.
True strength comes from knowing when to walk away from negativity and not letting it consume you. Keep moving forward, stay focused on your goals, and never look back. Your strength lies in your ability to rise above and keep pushing toward better things. Stay strong and keep striving!
After being abused for 5 years ..... He cheated on me and... Left... But still now... He mailed me daily.. Because narcissists don't want any closures....... 🙌 ...

Wow! finally out of that relationship, good for you. now take care of yourself by all means. I will appreciate if you subscribe to my channel for more such content. :)
Pray for Knowledge and wisdom God says and believe you receive them. Thank you for this. Let God seek revenge
Your words are truly inspiring, emphasizing the power of faith and trust in divine wisdom. It's a beautiful reminder that seeking knowledge and wisdom through prayer brings peace and clarity. How has this approach transformed your life and helped you navigate challenges?
They have called me names. @@stoicseveryday
Im glad i have these videos when i have nobody else to support me!!
you can share things here, we are one community one family here. take care of your mental health buddy.
True
Own the things you've done and may still do.. be better.. dont hurt others w selfishness..be happy n free......
Yes absolutely 💯👍
Take care!"
Rise in evil
Thank you for your thoughtful comment, Bethanyphillips622. It sounds like you've had a lot of experience with this. What are some early warning signs you've learned to recognize in narcissistic behavior?
I'm starting to wonder is it me who is the problem.. surely there can't be so many narcissists in the one family . 💔
LET THEM Know you don’t need any approval. Do not bend to them. Be indifferent.
Noone, can manipulate me anymore, I don't care for Narcs, tactic is no ways 😅❤❤❤
haha.. so good to know that :)
I got away! But the trauma & guilt continues 2 years on
Two years on and the trauma & guilt are still trying to steal the spotlight, but you're the director of your life, don't let them take the lead role.
GUILT..for what? Recognizing that the person you were with was self satisfying only. You have absolutely nothing to be guilty for.
I still feel it almost 4 years on… but it’s getting better at last!
Just remembered you doing great by getting away and it's show your a strong person
I felt guilt that I was so stupid. I consider myself intuitive but never knew of a narcissist before this. I couldn't believe I got caught.
Thank you. I needed to hear this today !
I'm glad it resonated with you!
No contact is the answer. I feel bad for those who can't
True love of wisdom.. I am learning new skills every day. Thank you
This is the very best one, and I mean every word that I have heard about the narc over the past 3 years that I’ve watched UA-cam videos on this topic.
This was quite eye-opening and helped with personal reflection. Thank you kindly.
Excellent video! I’m a narcissist survivor and you’re teaching and wisdom is extremely helpful and useful
Bye.
Thank you for sharing your feelings with us. It takes courage to open up about personal struggles. We're here to support you.
You have to now detach emotionally
You have to radically accept that of they are in fact a narcissist they have never loved you because they are simply incapable of loving you.
It's only when you swallow that bitter pill that you can begin to heal and regain your autonomy.
I don't know if you can read my comment, but I still want to leave a few lines here. Think more positively, girl, maybe it's God's will, he wants you to find someone who knows how to love and appreciate you more
Good for you Girl....go live and enjoy YOUR life and not be trapped into making a narc's life content and happy. YOU are far more important the he will ever be.
“The best revenge is to be unlike him who performed the injury.” - Marcus Aurelius
Thank you for watching! What do you think is the most effective way to maintain your integrity when dealing with difficult people?
When navigating interactions with difficult individuals, I prioritize staying true to my principles and not letting their behavior dictate mine. It's about taking the high road and setting an example through patience and resilience. How do you preserve your integrity in such situations?"
awareness if what NPD is the first step to healing.. and then you apply the no contact.. grey rock method, live your life to the fullest etc..
i was once a victim of covert narc and took me 3 months to realized it... the trauma bond is the worst and hardest part to move one... but now im slowly healing and moving on
I needed this so bad at this very moment.
Do not attempt to torture a narcissist (or anyone).
Keep inspiring us with your faith-filled content!
Always!
Ignore them mfs and set yourself free and you will never have to worry about them.
"Absolutely! Letting go of negativity sets us free. Thanks for the reminder!"
That sounds so easy but they just don’t show that mask first ..It’s after you feel they are your soul mate they sell this totally fake image or love stability security etc Then the devil shows up and shows out unless you been thru this fr you will never understand
Smile ! your you cant find a happy face in narcissists . NO point responding to them .stay clear and delete them (worthless) after filtering.
I recently had to walk away peacefully and calmly from a sister never to let her back into my life. The peace I have gained over the years is the most precious understanding I protect by walking away no matter who tries to destroy me.
Always try to stay emotionally and physically and mentally strong. As I sense you are from your writings :) and you did the right thing.
This video reminds me about all indevidual religion, thinking about that each of them saying that "my religion is correct.
Thank you for such a very clear explanation and sharing about Stoicism. I can agree to this 100%! This is the way to overcome this crazy situation. I trust strongly one who use to be the victim will be able to turn the table around instead. GOD is great!
Wow, thanks a lot. I really need that. Yes, I was dating a narcissist for 11 years. Thank you so much like to read and listen to more of this kind of videos.

It was very educational and opened my eyes...thank you so much😂
Awesome to hear that you enjoyed the video and found it educational! Thanks for watching!
One possible example of narcissism may be trying to control situations by finding other people who agree with our opinions to try to force it on the non narcissist. I've fallen into that before by finding myself disliking situations and looking for others who agree with Me.
Very hood information thx u
So nice of you. :)
No contact ever is best!
How do you torment someone that is already tortured by toxic shame 24/7?
You don't !
I am an eagle with my eyes fixed on a narcissistic sparrow
Haha, love the analogy! 😄Thanks for being here! Please Subscribe.
Me too!
The Eagle can fly at higher altitude above any other bird. When smaller pesky birds bother them they go higher.
i the words of pee wee herman, I know you are but what am I ?
Charge, right??
I appreciate all the advice suggestions ❤❤❤ thank you 🙏
You are so welcome! 🤗
If the narcissist has nothing to use against you, they will invent something.
I need a plan out. Im a SAHM, i homeschool. I have no money of my own. All advice and help is welcome. I cant take it anymore.
This video has helped me so much. Thank you.
When they answer, just say "I am not interested in that"
I hope you have found your ways to deal with such people.. God bless you 🙏
Thank u so much this video ❤
and YES!
Thank you i needed this today
But always make sure they never ever find out what your doing because these narcs are truly some of the most deceptive people around , not me tho I’m totally fine
The narcissist is addicted to ego doses, so his kryptonite is indifference, non-attention. How dare a servant ignore Julius Caesar or Cleopatra? How dare a servant decide when he stops serving his tyrant?
Spot on man
Do such types have ego..or is it a false self-inflated ego that's inconsistent once that mask slips or they take off their uniform.
I have learnt,thanky
Amen
why torture and waist energy and time. Just move on. No calls... no socials... silence. Do not waste time just move on.... be happy and free. They will use someone else.
At the end, narcissist needs only someone to understand them, they are like a child
Very concise description.
Glad you liked it🤗
Thank you so much.👍♥️
You are so welcome :)
Interesting and encouraging.

True strength comes from knowing when to walk away from negativity and not letting it consume you. Keep moving forward, stay focused on your goals, and never look back. Your strength lies in your ability to rise above and keep pushing toward better things. Stay strong and keep striving!

My pleasure! :)
I like everything you're saying except for the part where they realize something I don't know that that's possible
I'm glad you enjoyed most of what I said! Your support means a lot to me.
Figured him out in 6 weeks and dumped him for good. But he truly was nasty expecially after he knew I wasn't coming back.

I am not a narcissist. Why would anyone want to torture anyone else? Why would anyone participate in evil?
Answer? They wouldn't!
and I agree!
After being abused for 5 years ..... He cheated on me and... Left... But still now... He mailed me daily.. Because narcissists don't want any closures....... 🙌 ...
