I just left my husband a week ago. This describes him to a t. Every single thing and my body almost shut down because of the stress it was going through. He wasn’t only emotionally abusive, he was very physically abusive as well. He isolated me from absolutely everyone and had me thinking I was the crazy one. I’m doing so much better, even only after a week. I’m so excited for what is in store for me on my healing journey. I pray for anyone who is scared to leave. Because I stayed for way too long because of that fear.

I walked away trapped between two toxic individuals, first one I thought was a friend team up with his enemy or ex to get revenge 🤔 only time first would try to get physical was all ways in front of second they thought stole their prize. Never tried one on one! All ways trying verbally in front of other to get me cornered using verbal communication but not directly. I walked away first followed me and showed up many times. my world was totally destroyed, she screwed everyone, my underage son, employee at my family's buisness, whom together got me to the point i quit or be fired , with lies. then i had surgery, she was my docs helper, she picked out a surgeon , screwed him too, and they ruined me by fixing five of six spots common to go bad inside me ,when i had only one bad spot, well three are bad now , very bad. and i think the docs in this town might consider putting me down to avoid suit. she led someone to burn down my home, while she was on live cam porn she lured me into to be in communication with her, since she shut down communication

Never came across a narcissistic person until I married my Gemini husband from Africa. It took me a few years to figure this out. I experienced isolation, loss of monies, family, etc. fortunately I am strong but an empath which is not compatible with a narc. I’ve walked away and fighting for return of my assets which he has tried to embezzle. Soon, very soon you will be gone from my life! Move on to your next victim. I’ve learnt some hard lessons and yes he is very angry that I chose not to contact and to end the marriage 😊

Such a well orchestrated video. I had these beasts all over me, two different types of narcissists, my X husband on one side and my mother on the other. I broke free from both of them and took my children with me, no contact. They were enemies trying to both claim me for their ownership, but then became drinking buddies when I filed for my divorce.

its a difficult situation i find myself in

I’m just learning I was in a relationship with a narcissist for three years I was not educated on what a narcissist was. He left a relationship n turned to me for pitty we had been friends yrs before n lost contact. I felt sorry for him I had also been cheated on before . Very early in the relationship he started accusing me of cheating n calling me a slut. At first he put the blame on his ex then in time it was my fault. I spent three years doing everything to prove I loved him n never hurt him like that. I love him n I got stuck in this trap from his manipulation tactics, I left many times n always came back. I moved to another town but stayed talking to him. Over the years I saw patterns n started making sense of somethings and I almost fell back into it again. I was actually going to see him n last min knew I just shouldn’t n changed my mind. The next day after telling me how much he loved me he told my very bluntly how he picked up a girl some slut he called her and slept with her he blamed me but still wanted me back. He called the other night calling me a lying cheating whore that he was moving on with her n blocked me . I am devastated n messed up idk what to feel this relationship was exhausting even and I loved him but I finally see I was the victim he chose after his ex n he moved on to his next victim. I feel like I’ve been hit by a brick. Ty for this video

Who ive helped find proactive information relevant to help us grow as a family and build her self esteem to become a good mother... Being dragged up and having complex ptsd due to toxic manipulative family environment from early age! my existence and life long struggles are so painful that no matter where i go i cant help but to talk about it!!! Over whelmed and riddled with many life threating medical issues! 10 years of journaling thanks to my psychologist and tools he gave me has helped get it out and on paper when its floating thru my head... Now im Going after the so called family who caused all the damage! And im finding more & more a very similar pattern a Generational Curse incapable of change! Very exhausting not for the faint hearted beleive me.
