spent more than (40) yrs. struggling with internal infections, severe dental decay, deep depression all to due to a horrendous Narcissist well all that is ending now. SHe is dead, finally and I have been on a strict regime of healing, finding out who I am and what I want. My internal health has improved (1) million fold and now the sky is the limit for me for the rest of my life!
Enough of the horrendous digestive problems, dental problems, skin issues, social problems , sleep deprivation , social disruption etc etc etc. Enough feeding their need of psychotic enjoyment. End of !!!

I keep my narc in a vulnerable state by utterly mocking their fantastical, grandiose stories, and pouring ice cold water on their claims of victimhood. Also,never fall for their DARVO tactics; in other words, don't take the bait when they attempt to get you to react emotionally.
My whole family are narcissists, even I see it in myself, but I’m more self aware than them. My friends saved me from it, but I still hear it come on sometimes. Rough stuff
I just blocked my narcissist from me
So did I. He sent me a nice photo of him, I boosted his a$$ up and then blocked him.
I was stuck with a friend who wanted everyone to believe that he was a badass, a martial artist, a tough biker, A world known powerlifter and finally, a pro level arm wrestler. In front of our peer group, I'm suggested that he compete in a reginal arm-wrestling tournament and that we would all be there to support him. I knew full well he would be over his head. But he could not back down. He signed up, weighed in, and lost, (double elimination) in the first round. He has not challenged anyone to arm wrestle or spoke of the sport since. He even threw away his Selvester Stalone "Over the Top" tee shirt away.

From my experience, the number 1 way to absolutely inflict a serious narcissist injury is to verbally explain to the narc that neither you nor anybody else views the narc as superior and/or perfect.... this will infuriate the narc. All narcs care about is how other sview them. They spend tons of energy building a grandiose image. If you cause them to believe they have failed in that arena, he/she will absolutely crumble. I speak from experience.
He started the silent treatment and guess who’s winning 🏆 my stepfather was the same way he wouldn’t talk to us and we was glad 😀 that he didn’t talk, and when he would walk into the room we would all laugh 😂 including his own children , narcissist are crazy 😝 people and we sane people have to let them know that we are not taking that crap 💩 anymore

I permanantly blocked the malignant narcissist sister out of my life and BOLDLY expose her behavior on FB to the rest of the family. Venting daily, family visits site at their leisure or not at all. Doesn't matter.

I have a neighbor and her boyfriend who are deeply narcissistic. They have accused and falsely blame us for doing things to their property. Their insecurity was very clear because of obvious gaslighting us. My husband and I knew we had to completely ignore them. Drives them crazy when we improve our yard and house. 😁
I know that first hand .she blocked me and took all my faniture posting with another man.i starved myself for to months to buy new furniture and the minutes she found out that.she started talking to me through the child.wich I never gave in too aswell.she cut me off completely now.i think she got the message that i don't take her nonsense any more.

I love walking 🚶🏽♀️ away from him , when he ask me to go with him I would ask him lots of questions and that pisses him off or I would say I would go but change my mind just before we go , I choose if I want to do something and not him , I go on vacations without him and most of all I’m doing me which is good, no longer wants to be around him and one day I’m divorcing him 😂
My boyfriend is the same way. I found some other emails n phone numbers I had no clue about that are clearly used for him to talk to other women. Got so mad and tried every way in the world to turn it around on me. He just says he didn't do that, if he did he don't remember, I'm crazy for questioning him n thinking he would do something like that lol. Good luck with yours ❤

Its very hard not to take the venomous filthy words towards you not personally. But i try not to react because i know he will win when he gets a reaction. He loves creating chaos,upsetting everyone

Agitating anyone intentionally is not stoicism.
It's not about intentionally agitating them. Narcissist will destroy yours or other people's healthy boundaries. And if you demand they respect your boundaries ....that will agitate them, because Narcs need to run over people to own their rights and control them.

If a person is acting out and the other person chooses to walk away wouldn't that make matters worse. He/She may feel disrespected from that person walking away from them, it sounds like a narcissist is also a part of an opinionated person which means we all are narcissists if that's the case. The cpu voice " or wuteva yu call it" is a narcissist as well bcuz it is CONTROLLED by a human to speak his/her beliefs and isn't that controlling 🤔. It's about YOUR healthy boundaries....and if someone violates them, don't allow it....don't interact when they refuse to RESPECT You and your boundaries. Boundaries are based on honesty and not sneaky things that Narcissist people do like buying prostitutes, and being a FakeCatholic at the same time. Or lies to control you, or gaslighting, fooling you...using your time, resources money, etc. Maybe you don't know what healthy boundaries even mean....
