- Still my favorite every day bag. Probably my favorite Savotta item too.
I teamed up with Jess at @EnduranceRoom for this video, he will show you how to use the Askare as designed so definitely check him out.

Great load out and presentation, Tim! Tacticool Dad Bag! Love it.
Savotta = Tim channel. What else?
If I had as much passion for other gear as I do for Savotta and Särmä/TST, I would be talking about that too.
@@Tim_Keys Nice. Keep the good work!
Absolutely, love it
Nice set up Tim. I just used a small pack when I was on the transportation and protection detail for my kids. Always best to have diapers, juice and snacks at a moments notice :)

Awesome video. I got my Askare a while back and haven't used it much yet. I really wanna try your shoulder strap mod now, but I've been loving my Kahakka 25L too much to switch back! Thanks so much for the insight :)
Interesting to see same stuff but with different perspective (channel Endurance Room) :) (thx for both)
The only thing is the 'destructive' modification 'I do not like' (when it is done ... no way to return)
Jess is a great dude, we will probably do more like this in the future
And very true about the modification, I will try to find a way to add a disclaimer in the video

My concern is for the warranty (no warranty will applied), if you are sure hey you are free to do what you want ... but if the after you change your mind ... hey too late ^^
Well I just placed an order for the Askare :-)
You will be very satisfied I'm sure, I don't think it gets any better than this
Hi Tim, your review helped me a lot, thank you! Can make a better choice now.
Greetings, Bernd
Hey, I know this is off-topic, but I really like your t-shirt! Where did you get it from?
It's the Särmä TST Coolmax shirt from Varusteleka :)
“Don’t tell me how to raise my kids!!!” 😊
You could use a simple webbing strap with 2 G-Hooks as a minimalist shoulder strap which avoid permanent buckles attached to the askare when not in use - and with that you could attach 1 G-Hook at the top and 1 on the side - so hip bag to shoulder bag to sling bag within seconds.
At least that's how i use my Askare ;-)
That is a really good idea, I think I might make a video called "Stolen Ideas"
Thanks for the video
Hi Tim. Your presentation is great. It’s your fault, that I bought an Kahakka15 and only 2 Weeks later a Askare :) you took the Griffin Sling mod, right? I’m wondering why it is so expensive. Is it worth?
Greetings from Germany,
Peter
The sling is definitely worth it if you will use it for a lot of other stuff too, but you will be just as good with any old shoulder strap
Hi Tim,
when do you bring the Sodoma purse?
Kind regards, Bernd
Haha is this a spin on my old reddit account name?
