    I like the air forks. I got the 300sx. 47 hours on it now. Only issue was a false ceck engine light caused by accidentally hitting the start button while running. ECU flash fixed it. Always ran flawlessly and my bike was the first available in Arizona. So it was an early production model. Not sure why it seems like some bikes have issues. My friends new ktms have also been perfect.

    Can it handle big guys? I am 6’3” and 230lbs. Years ago my Kawasaki would work well but it was in 1990 and it would burn clutches up and I was only 210 back then. I’m thinking these have 10 hp more so I would think the clutch assembly is stronger as well. I have 250’s and a 450 now but I want a bike with less power

    • @FullThrottleEdits
      @FullThrottleEdits  9 місяців тому +1

      I’m not sure how it would do with a bigger rider I weigh 160 so it’s hard to say but I will say I had a 2004 cr 125 and a 2002 kx 125 and both of those were way slower and way less powerful than this 23. So I would say give it a shot or look for a ktm 150sx. 40 hours on my stock clutch and if you watch my videos you can see I beat up my clutch so I think it’ll work.

    • @FullThrottleEdits
      @FullThrottleEdits  5 днів тому +1

      I had always wanted a new 125, and the fuel injection was the main reason I bought it. It’s worth it, they’re so easy to ride with the fuel injection, it rides basically like a 4 stroke.

      If you ride a 50cc chances are you aren’t a pro 161 cm is a little small but is very possible you technically don’t you just start the bike and go although it is a good idea to turn it on and let it idle for about 20 seconds

    What did you do to get rid of that bogging?
    I have a 2024 with 12 hours and it has that same issue, bogging when i brake tap, when im about to land and when i tap the clutch to shift.
    What did they do to fix this?

    • @FullThrottleEdits
      @FullThrottleEdits  8 днів тому

      Make sure you’re up to date on all of the recalls, next run the vented side panel. The main issue with mine is that the squish gap on the base gasket was .05 off of what it needed to be making the piston detonate early and not reach the top of the cylinder, so after my first rebuild it ran amazingly.

    • @FullThrottleEdits
      @FullThrottleEdits  Місяць тому +1

      You have to have mapping for fuel injected bikes, it’s a computer, it has to know how much fuel to send to the motor. These bikes run good now, you won’t have an issue with a 23+

      I will be making a video on this soon after 55 hours and one rebuild but the secret to all the issues for me at least, was the squish gap is wrong from the factory, causing all the detonating issues. The bike has not skipped a beat since a top end was put it and I’ve never had an aftermarket tune or anything. Still loving the bike after the chaos when first buying.

    the pure fact you count hours proofs these bikes are expensive garbage made to brake...... theres nothing worse than a bike that brakes on you on the middle of nowere in a montain...... buying and promoting this garbage just make manufacteurs take adavantage as they make most of the money from parts and maintenaince.

    • @Kuhliifa
      @Kuhliifa 2 місяці тому

      ehhh cant agree with that at all. you should look at it from a different point of view. Ktms previous gen was a great bike some of the best 2 strokes ever to come out. so now you're gonna fault them for being the only manufacture to continue to advance the two strokes when they are having problems with a whole new platform literally redesigned the whole entire bike... this happens to car manufacture all the time
