      @@DrMitchRice can't sleep in the dark. I all ready do the caffeine thing though

    So if coffee is twice as strong (caffeine content) as green tea then that cuts it down to 4 hours prior to sleeping.. because 8 hours is ridiculous and impractical.. so I’ll make it 5 hours before bedtime just for good measure.. last cuppa at 4 and in bed by 9…..cheers.
