    Yeah you should not consumed maltodextrin but it's pretty good for starching your shirts you know to have that pristine look but definitely do not consume it because you will not have that pristine look

    I'm noticing maltodextrin is becoming more and more prevalent in the list of ingredient panels on items as I'm checking out products on supermarket shelves and even in sauces/gravies/dressings here in Australia. I don't buy anything that lists it as an ingredient.

    Have you heard of maltodextrin before??
