I eat very little sugar. For years now.
Do you regularly eat sugar?
Drinking alcohol (most of them with processed sugar) frequently decreases the sugar (glycogen) levels in blood?
I eat sugar in cookies, candies, but not every single single day. I drink natural juices and coffee with 1 teaspoon.
I walk a lot and try to exercise 2 or 3 times a week. My weight is 70 kg (154.32 lb)
Excellent video Dr. Mitch! Thank you
Thanks for watching!
I was eating a lot. I’m trying to not have any now. It’s been hard.
It’s very difficult!
How can you stop sugar when suger is in everything- canned food, canned vegetables, a lot of store foods have sugar. I believe it is in milk too .
Whole ingredients and a decent amount of cooking!
I get it but with prices as high as they are whole good foods just isn't in the budget at this time. I'm cutting sugar in my coffee and tea, I tried that stevia ,it's ok, still tastes like a diet product.
Honey is indistinguishable from straight sucrose or corn syrup in a diet. Bad tip for sugar addicts.
Not even close to true
@@DrMitchRice where did you go to med school?
