This workout is really well-designed for someone like me with limited physical ability (dialysis patient). Thanks for releasing this. I am following you other courses (Arhat 18 Hands for example) on your portal. I really like Arhat 18 Hands and Ruo Quan a lot and practice both every day, along with Qi Gong and Tai Chi (Peking Yang style, 24 form).
I am nearly 66 years old now, last year I discovered you and my favorite exercises then is 12 minutes Kung Fu workout. This one in addition to ather Qi gong I have been doing for over a year now. In process of helping myself to heal of the ailments I had without Western medicine. As always very grateful 🙏❤️

Aaaaaah ... Shifu Yan Xin ... I am much more a practitioner of English Boxing than of Kung Fu (good schools in my country are very very rare), but it has always been my favorite martial art and particular the style of Shaolin (the discipline, the training and the results are astounding and I cannot find its equal in any martial art ... probably my beginner eye which may be deceiving me ahah). My dream would be to study, learn, discipline, wisdom and martial arts of Shaolin at the temple of the same name or by his disciples., but unfortunately I can't afford it and I think it will remain impossible for me haha. However, your training, your good mood, serve me daily, especially for my training in Boxing (In Peak a boo position, it is better to be flexible and strong on your legs ahah). I cannot thank you properly, or even participate in one of your courses in a hydilic setting like yours and that of your happy little family, but what I can do is help you and advise you if one day you wish to visit France. My contact will be easy for you and I will send you the informations you want to facilitate your visit by internet ! If you need to come in my country one day haha ! You are welcome Shifu. hello Shifu i follow your exercise from March 2020 i'm 78 years and do much more now. You are a wonderful teacher, thank you fo keep me strong.
