I did this now, it's early morning in the Philippines, I was beside the Marikina River on a small cornfields, nice ambient light and morning breeze. I never sweat like this before. I will definitely do this workout a lot. And maybe, just maybe, be able to practice some of the shaolin techniques. Thank you shifu!
