This was lovely!! I've been doing the traditional Ba Duan Jin every morning for a few weeks now, and I LOVE it, but have been wanting to incorporate some more stretching to help with soreness haha. This is great and has helped me understand the real value of certain movements, and the balance of everything. Thank you for such an uplifting and educational lesson!!
As a Kung Fu Shifu, you should have known healing and treatment of joints like knee shoulders. Like modern physiotherapy. My knee meniscus tear up around a year ago. After lots of medicine and slow strong exercise it's still slip inside like the thigh bone and knee bone slips inside knee joint. Making me bit disbalance. Is there any Chinese herb for that to fix it? My right shoulder too feel displaced sometimes after fast jerking pain (whenever I lift gas cylinder or extremely fast punch). Any advice or help?

Entire life when ever I watched Kung Fu movies, heard about chi flow. It's channelising the energy to flow out from the point of need knuckles or wall of the foot or elbow (my opinion). But how could I use my chi to make my stance rock solid for a fraction of seconds, and relax quickly. it may be horse stance, bow stance etc?
Which course on your website is the 20 morning workout? I see wellness says that you only meet 3 times a week and the others seem to be more intense training for kung fu... am I missing it?
Sifu, thanks a lot! The knowledge and even mostly the passion and the joy that you sharin here is priceless! After 20years of practice (mainly Wing Chun and Chun Do Quan - old korean kick style) I knew not so many people that really had in them the Do that them pretend to follow, but you remind me, I should were a "philosof" (as the XVIII century called people like Voltaire :D ) anyhow, but that's thanks to people like you that in a life that brought me to sing the Blues a lot, and your passion that I can feel bright and clear a shiny pure energy that connect me with the whole, and by these workout now I feel like "Sunshine on cloudy day" almost every day :) thanks again!
