Today Shifu Yan Xin shares with us a 25 minutes intense (advanced) Full Body Kung Fu Workout that will help you build your Fitness, Stamina and Endurance and take them to a higher level.
This is a hard training session, be prepared, but the reward is high as well.
There is we start with a warm up, then 10 movements each 2 minutes with 15 seconds rest in between.

Shifu, would you recommend that those who are more out of shape to cut the time in half (so, instead of 2 minutes each, go down to 1 minute and build up to 2 minutes)? And possibly increasing the 15 seconds cooldown to 30 seconds?
This man is an absolute beast. It was a mistake to know what an intense 25 minute workout is for this man. 2 minutes each on a 15 second rest? I would pass away trying to finish this. Rest in peace whoever did this and succeeded
this has become my absolutely favorite channel, i use it almost everydaym please never stop Shifu

I've done this for about a month now and I can successful finish the entire workout without an breaks. Its so magical and I feel so much lighter
every day? I almost died on the first day. I think tomorrow I'll not feel my legs
@@juniorbusato5741 eh it was a bumpy ride at the start but I eventually did it everyday for about a month then I stopped, I still do it occasionally tho it's fun and I keep coming back to it
I'm doing this training every day to have more stamina, today I was going to skip it because I'm sick to my stomach but I did it anyway, I finished just in time to run to the bathroom 😆

This is some nice warmup aka training. I've been practicing Wing Chun for 3 years a while ago and now do Boxing. This training has elements both from rope jumping, kung fu long distance jump training, static planks and boxing warmup punching elements. This is perfect when you don't have will and powers to make a full training for 1.5 - 2 hours but just to keep in shape. Thanks so much for this balanced high intensive training.

@@christinewilliams6286 how is that even possible without any training? This is supposed to be an intense workout. Its hard to believe. For example parents are afraid to take their kids on hikes in nature! They categorise them as children friendly hikes or not.
@@dreamthedream8929 she did each movement but didn't do it for the entire time. Obviously they weren't perfect because shes a child. Then she would get bored and then cheer me on to keep going.

Thanks for another great video, Shifu! I have a question: when you warm up you seem to dedicate only a few seconds to each exercise. Is that actually good enough or are you merely showing which ones you suggest doing? Before discovering your channel I used to work at least fifteen seconds per body part (even more for knees and hips), hence my question.

Every day I use this, I have improved my staminah I am now strong from an age of 46 I became young and not more lazy and now enegertic...this is very good!!
