Happy Saturday everyone!
Autumn is here, the weather is getting colder, our bodies are getting stiffer. So Shifu Yan Xin (34th generation Shaolin Disciple) has made this 15 min Shaolin Wellness Morning stretch and Meditation video to help you start your day.
This is a whole body stretch using Shaolin Kung Fu & Qi Gong to get your qi and blood flowing, warming every joint in your body, stretching out our tight neck and spine from a long night of sleep, during the session Shifu Yan Xin will also guide you through the process of planting the good seed of happiness, smile, groundedness and peace in to your heart so that you can carry them with you through out your day.
