I thought to myself “OMG HOW COME WE HAVEN’T MOVED OUR BODIES LIKE THAT OUR ENTIRE LIFE?” Felt so freeing. Got me wondering how we go on about our daily lives, with lots of experiences, our traumas, and we NEVER SHAKE OUR BODIES! Thank you, that was fun and entertaining! Loved how little we could do, and feel an instant relief.
I almost cried tears of joy doing this practice. When you said, what if your healing journey can be fun? something big clicked in me, all while moving and feeling free. Thank you for this, will be returning over and over!!!

Love this! so annoying that people give you odd looks if you don't stand like a stick in public - I stretch and squat at the bus stop and do Thai Chi too. Movement promotes health!
