I was just amazed from what I just saw. I was searching for inspiration for my vinyasa hip class and then I found this. Since my education in vinyasa yoga, I am searching always for more sensing and somatic ways in the teachings as far as I am also from dance and somatics. So great to see that kind of softly with the body.
This was fantastic, thank you! 🙏 Enjoyed it and during the practice, I had flashbacks to my teenage years when I was still dancing on a daily basis (as an amateur). I`m 60 and I realized I haven`t used these movements for a long time, but now I will! Love, love, love! ❤❤❤
I am recovering from a Cerrebellar stroke and i really would like to start stretching gently but i struggle to sit with my legs crossed. Is there anotherway to sit whilst doing this exercise or is there one i can do to improve this? 😊
Please do a video on yoga pose or stretching while using mobile phone in bed. I think if you do this video you will get the most view since this is what we really need now given the amount of time we spent browsing internet in bed. For example if I watch my phone lying on my side, I would also cross my upper leg over my body to stretch the spine and gluteus muscle. Perhaps you can introduce many other variations or write a book on this much needed "bed yoga for mobile browsing".
How about putting your phone down and truly being present when you practice yoga? Asanas for "mobile browsing" is contrary to the entire purpose of yoga, at least IMO.
@@kristinahalmagyi7287 Reread my comment. I said nothing whatsoever about being on the floor. It's the "mobile browsing" aspect I object to. I'm not sure why you felt the need to hang more (negative) meaning onto what I said than what is there... 🤔😂 namaste 🙏🏼
