One day, you will be able to walk , smile and feel a little stronger. Don’t let anyone tell you how long this takes bc everyone is different. But, one day at a time. God bless.

Love it shes right. I retired from coaching gymnastics over 30 years. These 4 are very effective and very easy for my age women. Im 62 years old and have to strengthen my out of shape loose stomach and tone up all my muscles. I am in!!

Fantastic routine! I am in my late 40's and physically fit but have always had back and neck problems which makes it very difficult to do the regular strength exercises. Your exercise don't cause any back or neck tightness and are quite effective. Thank you!

Going to try, I have never seen these exercises. I did karate for three years, was vegetarian for ten years and I still gained weight during menopause. I am now 55 years old.

I am loving these standing abs exercises and can see and feel improvements after 2 weeks 👍 7 years ago I fractured my lower left leg in 3 places and was then diagnosed with osteoporosis. 18 months ago I had a complex total knee replacement. Despite working with a PT, physios and going to the gym, I still have quads muscle wastage and scar tissue around my knee, BUT, as a very welcome surprise, my knee is feeling much stronger due to doing the standing abs exercises 😊🙌 I am also doing one of your toned arms exercise routines 👍I'm 62 and so grateful to have found you! Hi. I just stumbled across your video, and im so thankful that i did. Im in the middle of my 500 crunches a day, and my lower back has been hurting the last couple of days. I saw your video and used your 4 ab exercises as my challenge, and im so happy to say that i love this. I work out my arms, legs, and core. Im 40 years old with really bad knees from a high school injury, so getting up and down on the floor is a real challenge. Thank you so much for this video.
So encouraging to have short and doable exercises that won’t hit the boredom threshold!! I am 78 and though not overweight, the stomach area is the biggest challenge. I am going to start today and will try and be consistent cos I do know that that is key to getting results. Thank you very much👍🏼

WOW😢 I'm in the older... 63 I can get 2 sets of 10 to start. I put it with 25 squats! Will kick out 25 more... I'm in terrible shape. My heart rate spikes high after each set. I've had an echo, it's OK. I still have a stress test to do. I think I'm just in bad shape. I'm going to keep going... tu Petra. I love your excersies... your program is the best out there I feel... so enccouraging!!!
Hi Petra, I will try your exercises. I had 2 children in my 40s and worked out with Shaun T on Hip Hop Abs and T-25, then couldn't keep up the pace!!! I'm 51 now< I walk a lot, but I had given up on my mid-section. Not only that, but I need to trim down my waistline and hope some of your videos will help me. Thanks for keeping someone like me in mind with your videos!

I already have a diagnosed back issues well as weak hip flexors and have been told to work on my core, but I was only given 1 exercise to do, and it doesn't seem to work as well as these. Some of these I can do much easier than others. One I already do, but without the tighten your core idea. ( so that's easy to add) . I will work up to 30 on the more difficult ones. As a person with back issues, it's nice to see something I can actually do! Thanks again!
I find it easier to get through the exercises when the instructor actually makes a full video as the viewer (me) works along with you. Like the perfect way you did the lose wobbly thigh video. The timer, the next up exercise shown, very helpful.

Had a stroke 8 years ago at 47,I was fit & healthy. Now for the first time in my life I’m obese. I’m tired of being fat so here I go 💪🏽. Hoping I can make it habit.
@ not well as I have chronic pain and so that often keeps me from working out unfortunately. I’m hoping to have a procedure soon that will help with that so I can get back into it & give it my all. Best of luck & it’s a fabulous program 💯

I am so happy to find this video. I am challenged to do these 4 exercises in a daily basis. I am 65 kgs now and 5'5" Inch tall at 47 years. Had an angioplasty last June due to poor diet at sedentary lifestyle. I am now looking forward to attaining good health by healthy diet and this kind of physical activity. 🙂

I have stage 4 arthritis in my lower back and SI joints. I am very limited and 77. I tried each exercises and did 2 sets. I think I can handle these!

I'm 51 now< I walk a lot, but I had given up on my mid-section. Not only that, but I need to trim down my waistline and hope some of your videos will help me. I already have a diagnosed back issues well as weak hip flexors and have been told to work on my core, but I was only given 1 exercise to do, and it doesn't seem to work as well as these. Some of these I can do much easier than others. One I already do, but without the tighten your core idea. ( so that's easy to add) . I will work up to 30 on the more difficult ones. As a person with back issues, it's nice to see something I can actually do! Thanks again!
Great excercises - all what we need! The key is repetition and many of us are guilty forgetting about it

I find it easier to get through the exercises when the instructor actually makes a full video as the viewer (me) works along with you.
Like the perfect way you did the lose wobbly thigh video. The timer, the next up exercise shown, very helpful.

Had a stroke 8 years ago at 47,I was fit & healthy. Now for the first time in my life I’m obese. I’m tired of being fat so here I go 💪🏽. Hoping I can make it habit.

@ not well as I have chronic pain and so that often keeps me from working out unfortunately. I’m hoping to have a procedure soon that will help with that so I can get back into it & give it my all. Best of luck & it’s a fabulous program 💯

@@Author_Alyssa_Taylor For me it's much because I have been slim since childhood but after 40 I noticed a difference and I couldn't eat whatever I liked . So this 5 kg is annoying and need to get rid of.
I turned 50 in Feb and also have several kgs to lose, too. It's comforting to know I'm not the only one feeling this way at this age 🙂

Hello Petra, I can't thank you enough for me being able to find exercises I can do without kneeling or squatting. I have cartilage deterioration in my knees and they're painful all the time. I've had trouble exercising because of it. Now I can work on losing weight without hurting myself. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
I am so happy to find this video. I am challenged to do these 4 exercises in a daily basis. I am 65 kgs now and 5'5" Inch tall at 47 years. Had an angioplasty last June due to poor diet at sedentary lifestyle. I am now looking forward to attaining good health by healthy diet and this kind of physical activity. 🙂
