I am 68 years old. Obese my entire life. Been on all the diets, even weight loss surgery. Still struggling. Now I have arthritis in both knees. I think I can actually do these exercises! I’m going to start today🙂🙏🏻

I also am obese would it be beneficial to do in a chair as I have balance issues

So sorry for your loss, dear friend. I understand the grieving. But, if u can just go for a little walk…talk to you sweetheart as you walk…it’s okay if u cry. One day, you will be able to walk , smile and feel a little stronger. Don’t let anyone tell you how long this takes bc everyone is different. But, one day at a time. God bless.

Love it shes right. I retired from coaching gymnastics over 30 years. These 4 are very effective and very easy for my age women. Im 62 years old and have to strengthen my out of shape loose stomach and tone up all my muscles. I am in!!

Thank you so much. I have run for 27 years, taken 4 years of Cuong Nhu Martial arts, daily core exercises forever, weight lifting and now I walk 2-3 miles per day in an hour or less. Hello Petra and thank you. I’m 60 years old and being sick, I got a lot bigger having stopped playing sports and with medication. Today and even though I am still sick, I have the will to feel better, at peace with my body and no longer suffer. I discover your videos and I really appreciate the way you express yourself and the exercises you propose, so I will organize a routine. 🌹
I have stage 4 arthritis in my lower back and SI joints. I am very limited and 77. I tried each exercises and did 2 sets. I think I can handle these!

Fabulous exercises Petra. Been trying to strengthen my core due to back problems. Much better than the ones I've been doing. I'm 78 a bit stiff afterwards but will carry on. Thanks again. ❤️
Fantastic routine! I am in my late 40's and physically fit but have always had back and neck problems which makes it very difficult to do the regular strength exercises. Your exercise don't cause any back or neck tightness and are quite effective. Thank you!

I’m 57 and since menopause my stomach came out of no where! And now, no matter what exercises I do, or what I eat ( because I swear I can gain weight on water) I feel like I have no control. I just want to give up! Thank you for this video. With the responses I have read, I will try it!

WOW😢 I'm in the older... 63 I can get 2 sets of 10 to start. I put it with 25 squats! Will kick out 25 more... I'm in terrible shape. My heart rate spikes high after each set. I've had an echo, it's OK. I still have a stress test to do. I think I'm just in bad shape. I'm going to keep going... tu Petra. I love your excersies... your program is the best out there I feel... so enccouraging!!!

I am loving these standing abs exercises and can see and feel improvements after 2 weeks 👍 7 years ago I fractured my lower left leg in 3 places and was then diagnosed with osteoporosis. 18 months ago I had a complex total knee replacement. Despite working with a PT, physios and going to the gym, I still have quads muscle wastage and scar tissue around my knee, BUT, as a very welcome surprise, my knee is feeling much stronger due to doing the standing abs exercises 😊🙌 I am also doing one of your toned arms exercise routines 👍I'm 62 and so grateful to have found you! Look forward to exploring more of your routines, thank you! ☺️

I am so happy to find this video. I am challenged to do these 4 exercises in a daily basis. I am 65 kgs now and 5'5" Inch tall at 47 years. Had an angioplasty last June due to poor diet at sedentary lifestyle. I am now looking forward to attaining good health by healthy diet and this kind of physical activity. 🙂

Hello Petra, I can't thank you enough for me being able to find exercises I can do without kneeling or squatting. I have cartilage deterioration in my knees and they're painful all the time. I've had trouble exercising because of it. Now I can work on losing weight without hurting myself. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Great workout - starting to feel better just with these four moves.
End to start these. Watched on fb but came here to see other videos. Recovery fir bicep tendon almost completely torn through right shoulder. A year ago for surgery. Long recovery and have to be careful for exercises. Gained weight this last year and during covid as all did. Need to get rid of at least 20 lbs. Clothes do not fit and back problems. Looking forward to starting these and more exercises for shoulder. Great videos.

Taking a break to look for something on your site for a back fat exercise. Been trying several but it doesn’t seem to be effective 😫. Perhaps being old it takes longer!!?
I have had to stop due to some health issues and now with a painful groin problem. I am tired of not being able to walk properly but hope to resume. I was doing well till recently.

I find it easier to get through the exercises when the instructor actually makes a full video as the viewer (me) works along with you.

WOW! What a workout! I’m winded just following along. I will definitely do these exercises. Holding those stomach muscles in is hard because it’s like holding my breath in. I’m hoping hat becomes easier as I progress. I haven’t done floor crunches in a few years since I found out I have a compression fracture in one of my vertebrae. And as a result, I’ve developed a lower tummy “pooch” which I definitely need to get rid of. I’ll let you know if I see any results in a few months! Thanks. ❤

@@Author_Alyssa_Taylor For me it's much because I have been slim since childhood but after 40 I noticed a difference and I couldn't eat whatever I liked . So this 5 kg is annoying and need to get rid of.
I turned 50 in Feb and also have several kgs to lose, too. It's comforting to know I'm not the only one feeling this way at this age 🙂
