i hate it when people say her workouts don't work. i've been doing this vid and extreme abs six days a week for the past three weeks and sculpted a 6 pack. less than 20 mins a day and you can get amazing results!
To be honest, I never thought there would be a UA-cam workout that would really work. was I wrong. !She is the only one that has pushed me to to my strength limits. And I feel great!!😊😊
For those on the fence about following Cassey, I’ve been doing her workouts since freshman year of high school and just graduated college :) it’s truly a journey and I’ve had to recondition sooo many times. But it gets simpler to follow her workouts. Sometimes you don’t have to go as fast as her and you’ll learn how to properly breathe and do the moves. You’ll also learn alternative movements here and there. One of the best ways to see results is to do your cardio before the strength videos. You also really need to stop eating all those unhealthy treats 😭 but don’t beat yourself up over it. I’ve gone from being super disciplined and following her meal plans, to eating fast food constantly, to incorporating healthy meals with some sugar treats here and there. It’s a journey and is fun to be on! I’ve paused my Pilates and went to the gym for the treadmill and weights and have even gone to OrangeTheory. But I always go back to Cassey!

Bára Křepínská That's great! Make sure to mix it up and up the intensity, cardio is a thing you should be doing as well! The reason you should up the intensity is that after a while your body will get used to this exercises and you won't make any progress if you just continue to do the same thing. :)

+Sophie Turner You might be pulling on your neck while doing your crunches. Try to just rest them behind your head. I did the same thing and it HURT I know!!!!
i love this because not only can i feel my abs getting stronger but i can also yell and curse all i want and cassie still stays positive and encouraging the entire time
I've been doing this workout out over 3 months in the past, I did see some definition and tone (not drastic changes) compared to the beginning. During this workout, I haven't changed much of my diet but I try to restrict myself from overeating and sticking with whole meals not snacking as much. After a few months, I have tried other workouts but it didn't feel like a lifestyle routine for me to do, especially a workout where it doesn't require 30 mins over and can help me burn and sweat in just a few minutes. Now I am trying this workout again, I do this in mornings before I have my breakfast and night time before I am about to sleep. I usually do this workout 6 times out of the wk. I hope to see some great results and keep up with my workouts! Hopefully, this motivates you to work out and keep a healthy lifestyle.

Many years later and I decided to do this workout again since summer is approaching. I want to get my body in shape + gain the same love I have for working out like I used to. I still enjoy it but there's been times where i didn't do it for healthy reasons. So as a way to restart, I want to go back to one of the main fitness woman who helped me with fitness, the way I saw working out as a way to better yourself for you and to be your healthiest you or even just used as me time/self care or stress reliever and on top enjoying it. Casey helped me gain confidence, feel good with my body and appreciate myself more. She olds a special place in my heart. Despite the burn you'll feel at the end and during 😂 sometimes I liked that as well. And let me tell you! This workout still had that burn that it would give me years ago ah ah. I miss the talking though the work outs + the way she encourages you.reminfed you to breathe and focus on your movement which helped me be in the moment and pay attention to how I moved my body so that I did it properly + lesson any risks or injury if my form was not correct. I am feeling so low...when I used to do in 2015 I had so much of strength....now after a baby...I gained so much of weight...I couldn't do all steps...I had to do with modification...😨🥺🥺...had to loose around 20kgs.. 😭😭🤕🤕1 week done ✔️.....now I had challenge myself to transform in 90days💪💪love u Cassey to be on side with us❤💕💖...training us hard🥰🥰I believe in myself n I am looking forward to get that energy back...n to be on advance level again💪💪💪😍
i remember not being able to do multiple targeted exercises in a day and here i am. can't go through this without stopping still but for anyone who's just starting or is having a bad day or time like i am, you will evolve and you will get through everything. sixteen, my muslim parents found out about my boyfriend two days ago, they aren't talking to me, slowly nourishing myself with fruits after every workout which are what i am eating since yesterday and having pregnancy worries again.

What I love about blogilates videos is that they are actually a good challenge for people who workout relatively regularly/have a bit more experience with pilates. I just did a video from a youtuber who had nice abs but it was nothing like a blogilates video. Then I realized she has abs because she's already skinny. I immediately went back to my blogilates abs video. Sticking with Cass because this stuff works! :) PS- Cassey, you put so much work into making your videos vibrant and fun. I really appreciate it! Both the workout and your vibe get me energized. It's a great boost for the morning. :D

I've been doing PIIT28 and today I did the booty but really wanted some core so I came to this video! Haven't done a blogilates channel video in so long!! they make me so happy and remind me when I first found Cassey a few years back and could barely do any of this! I kind of miss these videos because there so fun and energetic! PIIT28 is so awesome though ❤️

I just got through this whole video with no breaks for the first time on something like my tenth try and I'm feeling SO good right now 😍 On my first try I couldn't get through thirty seconds of each move without a break 😂 Thank you Cassey!

Make sure to switch it up so your body doesn't get used to the exercise and you will stop seeing results! Also add atleast 20 mins of cardio a day to help burn fat and lose the weight that your abs are hiding under!

April 19th 2020 workout complete!!! This is the only video from today's calendar that I had time for but it was still killer!! Hopefully I'll be able to go back to doing the full workouts after finals are over.
Instructor didn't show tonight so the three of us. who of us who come to this class. pulled together a couple of Denise Austin's videos and finished with this for abs They loved it. My one friend giggled when you mentioned your nails. but she had trouble getting through the last move I am a longtime popster and lasted longer han they did They did like it though and I told them who you are. about your book cheap clean eats and your calendar workouts that I do ona daily basis They said that they were very impressed and that I'm like such a good spokes model for you They were talking about how cool it is that it's so fast-paced and back to back like that. and gave me props on how well I do These videos are the reason why it's hard for the instructors to get me to sweat in their classes. I've always thought there was something wrong with me too Don't feel bad on that If anyone can get through these kind of videos without sweating thats progress right there it means it's getting easier and that means we can do anything else that's thrown at us so let's keep it up

If anyone is having trouble, with keeping posture, or stopping partway through, Just saying *just 5 more seconds* every 5 seconds or *just to 35, just to 30, just to 25* and so on. It works so well

Kachi Edward cassey has been stretching for years so she is very flexible, dont strain yourself and try to completely straighten your legs, instead just straighten them as much as you can and eventually you'll be able to do it all the way
Kachi Edward I had the same problem before, and I'd recommend you to stretch your hamstrings bit for bit, but untill you´ve become flexible enough it's totally okay to bend the knees a little:)
I have been doing this workout for almost a month. Will be a month on July 3. I'm very proud that I've come this far. I am starting to get stronger and I feel healthier. The results are slowly coming and I'm very happy. 😁😁😁😁😁
hey guys i just wanna review this workout for you (i have to apologize for my english first. im not really good) i have been doing this for like 3 months now. i did it everyday for the first month for 5-6 times per day and i havent had much time to do this for 2 months later i did it only once a day but im really happy with the result i got my abs looking better all my friends say that my abs look really good. Cheer up for those who just started :)) i know how it feels lol but u will get that sexy abs after trying this 👍
after doing blogilates and trying to (note the trying lol) eat relatively clean for about a month now, this is the FIRST TIME i can do a single leg jack knife!!! was so surprised at how blogilates really did strengthen my core! you got it girls, just presevere!!

you have to try and use your abs not your neck musclesmy neck used to hurt too but I learned how to use my abs instead

I've been doing PIIT28 and today I did the booty but really wanted some core so I came to this video! Haven't done a blogilates channel video in so long!! they make me so happy and remind me when I first found Cassey a few years back and could barely do any of this! I kind of miss these videos because there so fun and energetic! PIIT28 is so awesome though ❤️

I just got through this whole video with no breaks for the first time on something like my tenth try and I'm feeling SO good right now 😍 On my first try I couldn't get through thirty seconds of each move without a break 😂 Thank you Cassey!

I have been doing it from 12 days and saw visible results, my belly is getting flat. It also helps to get rid of bloating
I'll do this everyday for 3 months . I Really can't wait to see after 3 months the result ( I don't wanna be fat anymore and this help me so much ) .

Make sure to switch it up so your body doesn't get used to the exercise and you will stop seeing results! Also add atleast 20 mins of cardio a day to help burn fat and lose the weight that your abs are hiding under!

Feb 21,this is such a pure abs workout ...coz when we do planks some burn shift to shoulder but in this workout it's all abs🌸
April 19th 2020 workout complete!!! This is the only video from today's calendar that I had time for but it was still killer!! Hopefully I'll be able to go back to doing the full workouts after finals are over.
Instructor didn't show tonight so the three of us. who of us who come to this class. pulled together a couple of Denise Austin's videos and finished with this for abs They loved it. My one friend giggled when you mentioned your nails. but she had trouble getting through the last move I am a longtime popster and lasted longer han they did They did like it though and I told them who you are. about your book cheap clean eats and your calendar workouts that I do ona daily basis They said that they were very impressed and that I'm like such a good spokes model for you They were talking about how cool it is that it's so fast-paced and back to back like that. and gave me props on how well I do These videos are the reason why it's hard for the instructors to get me to sweat in their classes. I've always thought there was something wrong with me too Don't feel bad on that If anyone can get through these kind of videos without sweating thats progress right there it means it's getting easier and that means we can do anything else that's thrown at us so let's keep it up

what should I do if I LITERALLY cannot straighten my legs?
Maybe you can try stretching out your hamstrings before the workout
Kachi Edward cassey has been stretching for years so she is very flexible, dont strain yourself and try to completely straighten your legs, instead just straighten them as much as you can and eventually you'll be able to do it all the way
Kachi Edward I had the same problem before, and I'd recommend you to stretch your hamstrings bit for bit, but untill you´ve become flexible enough it's totally okay to bend the knees a little:)

hey guys i just wanna review this workout for you (i have to apologize for my english first. im not really good) i have been doing this for like 3 months now. i did it everyday for the first month for 5-6 times per day and i havent had much time to do this for 2 months later i did it only once a day but im really happy with the result i got my abs looking better all my friends say that my abs look really good. Cheer up for those who just started :)) i know how it feels lol but u will get that sexy abs after trying this 👍

after doing blogilates and trying to (note the trying lol) eat relatively clean for about a month now, this is the FIRST TIME i can do a single leg jack knife!!! was so surprised at how blogilates really did strengthen my core! you got it girls, just presevere!!
