    Okay seriously this was so helpful mentally. I was in an anxiety induced panic where I couldn’t do ANYTHING and I just put this on bc it was something I could do while sitting and feeling gross and it gave me the best energy to get moving and out of that anxious freeze. Thank you! What you said was true; we can work out to give ourselves some joy.

    I will be trying to do this for two weeks and I’ll be putting in my results. Wish me luck!
    *Day 1:* This was so hard, I probably dropped my arms more than five times.
    *Day 2:* I am soooo sore from yesterday and my neck is really sore as well, but I kinda got through it.
    *Day 3:* so, I don’t think I did it correctly but I at least go through with doing it. My shoulders still feel a bit sore, but less than yesterday, and my neck is still super sore.
    *Day 4:* It still feels like yesterday. But whenever I workout I feel energized and I’m just left with a good feeling.
    *Day 5:* I did this without dropping my arms for the first time!!!! I’m so happy!!!
    *Day 6:* Did this in the morning, I feel accomplished when I don’t drop my arms. That’ll be my goals for the rest of these two weeks.
    *Day 7:* So I did take a tiny break, it was probably because I was sitting in a weird position. I feel stronger from shoulders I just hope I start seeing my arm fat go away.
    *Day 8:* Did it once more, it has been getting easier each time. As for results, I didn’t take measurements before starting because I didn’t want to focus solely on the results, but I am now starting to see my arms shrink.
    *Day 9:* Did it once again.
    *Day 10:* Rest day!
    *Day 11:* check check check
    *Day 12:* I can’t believe I’ve gotten so far with this workout. Today it burned more than normal but I feel like im getting so strong!
    *Day 13:* I felt like it’s getting harder everyday, but I think it’s because I’m doing other workouts before this one. I still pulled through.
    *Day 14:* OMG I REALLY DID THIS FOR TWO WEEKS!!!! I’m so glad to be able to track my progress!! And thank you to everyone who liked my comment, it really motivated me to keep going!! 💕
    As for my diet, I was eating the same amount during these two weeks, I didn’t change my diet at all.
    This wasn’t the only exercise I did, I was doing additional exercise (about an hour every day) and I am currently on day 4 of Chloe Ting’s thigh slimming challenge.
    I have always been a pretty chubby person, my arms are no exception, I feel like it is really hard for me to lose weight in places like my arms so I wasn’t expecting a drastic change. But the change is pretty noticeable, my arms used to be waaay more flabbier and I can see how they are starting to tone. I can also tense my shoulder and just like a magic trick, I see all the fat go away because of the tensing lmao.
    I really do recommend this workout for anyone who is trying to tone and slim their arms. This workout will burn more on the shoulders (at least it did for me). Gaining muscle and reducing fat is always a great thing.
    I will keep doing this workout everyday and I’ll try to update once in a while!

    Trust me... They work !
    Before starting the workout : both the hands 33 cm
    Now :
    Right hand: 31.5 cm
    Left hand: 30 cm
    And now am happy with my arms ❤️

      this 'workout' literally has no resistance which is needed for any type of muscle building, this workout does nothing except tire out a beginners arms which IS NOT the same as working them out in order to increase muscle mass. Add resistance such as weights, bands, bodyweight exercises etc, not this rubbish.

      My boyfriend walked in as I was doing the prayer pulses and he like started trying to do them too in a mocking way (good humoured mocking, he's not mean).

    casey, you literally saved me from my eating disorder. i’ve been following your workouts for 2 years now, for the wrong reason (vanity 🙄🙄), but have been deeply listening to all your positive messages, and they just stuck with me! i have struggled with a distorted view as to why i should diet and workout ever since i was 10 (i lost 25lbs in two months, and for the next 5 years was stuck in a yoyo cycle). howeverrr, in the middle of this workout that i did just rn, i started smiling like an idiot because i realized that i love exercising for ME. for me to feel energized, healthy, and good. i am so shocked about my change in mindset. btwww PLEASE restock your water bottles bc i will definitely buy one!

      Idk why people think it’s a bad thing to work out for vanity. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to sweat for a stronger, or leaner, or curvier body. That’s why people train. It just happens that as you strive for those goals, you start to like the feeling of getting healthier & your body starts to thank you for it.
      Almost everyone says the reason they get addicted to working out on a schedule is bc they start to see changes. Not in their cells. Or heart rate. Or brain. It’s cause they see muscle definition, or weight loss, or even a perkier ass. We all do it for health, but we all do it for vanity, too.

    Omg Cassey! This is my second time trying this out and I'm not gonna lie! First time I dropped my hands about 15 times but today I only dropped them 2 times in the beginning!     Hey guys! These are my results: I lost 10 kgs in one and a half month with healthy eating and some exercises like this. One hour of working out every day was the right for me. I'm 14 years old and I was 65 kgs, now I'm 55 kgs! Everything works if you keep on going and don't give up. U can eat something unhealthy once a week! Don't starve yourself!

    First time: dropped my arms like 20 times.
    Second time: dropped them a little less
    Third time: I only dropped them in between each move
    Fourth time: HELL YEAH I DIDNT DROP MY ARMS ONE SINGLE TIME!!!!

    This is the video that led me to Blogilates 2 years ago. I was going through a breakup and Cassey's videos motivated me to get stronger, although I had to take many breaks and would be exhausted after just one video. Now I can follow all of the calendar exercises, am much better at running, and coming back to this video can complete it without too much pain. I was also surprised to find that my arm muscles are now visible in the mirror. So if you found this video difficult at any point, just know it's possible to overcome it and get much better, even if you started from a very unathletic place like me!

    I’m going to do this every day 30 days and I’ll update every day.
    Day 1: it was really hard the first time at first I kept stopping and giving myself a break but then I kept pushing through it
    Day 2: It hurt
    Day 3: I didn’t stop for once made it through my arms are extremely sore
    Day 4: Honestly it’s getting easier and I’m going through it more Quickly then before
    UPDATE: 1 week left I can see how dramatically my arms have changed they look way more toned and this is getting easier every time I do it :)

    This is my third time doing this workout. The first two times, I had to stop at least 2-3 times, because my arms were hurting badly. While they were hurting this time, I pushed through it, and completed the whole workout without taking a break. I just want to let everyone know: even if it hurts, and you want to stop, just keep going! Push yourself to continue! Believe me, I really wanted to stop. If I hadn't pushed myself to keep going, I wouldn't have made it through without stopping. You're all capable of much more than you think :)

      Jolie, I did a thigh and ab exercise last time and like you I was gonna give up but I just learned that just as when I think I could give up I'm actually just giving 60% of my effort and I could still push through and I did.       +Dazed & Confused i'm sorry but this type of "fitness" is on the joke/fad portion of the fitness spectrum, she's shows a lot of flashy parkour movements and real athletic stuff on her intro vid but then has people doing this stuff, you'll never come close to anything that requires actual athleticism by doing this stuff

      ***** she isn't promoting cardio...she is promoting pilates. it is simple.. you just use your own body weight as a weight for exercise. if you want to be an athlete, you have to do cardio and intense weight training depending on the sport you're playing.

    So confused as to why this video has so many dislikes?? How could anyone hate on Cassey? She is literally sunshine and rainbows every time she steps in front of the camera. She's a certified fitness instructor and always has a disclaimer on her videos specifically stating to consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise regiment. She even has a video about why DIETING is bad and how you should just try to eat healthy as often as possible. She understands we're all human; she calls them YOLO meals for a reason.
    And as for her 'recipes'; they are literally SUGGESTIONS to replace processed foods that are just detrimental to your overall health. I've been doing Pop Pilates since 2012 and I love it. I'm not extremely toned or muscle-y but that was never my intended goal. I workout and I eat what I want because 'you only live once' and why not enjoy as much of it as possible. If you don't enjoy working out and are only looking for quick results, you've come to the wrong place.
    Doing Pop Pilates has helped my MENTAL state and it was never meant to make me 'look good'. I do it to to FEEL GOOD and Cassey has become a big part of that. I'm lucky I guess, I understand that exercising should be for the individual and should stem from a place of passion, not self-loathing...So please stop hating on Cassey because she's literally just trying to inspire people to LOVE themselves every single day.

    During I was doing this arm workout, I got so pain and I were very disheartened but I keep to do it !!!
    From the first day till now, I do this every day for over 2 weeks after cardio. ><
    My arms get smaller !! and I feel like my arm fat was burned !!!

      keerthu krish cardio and endurance are two different things so not doing one shouldn’t interfere with the results of the other..
      So to answer your question this workout (endurance) would be great to do if you’re looking for a follow up for cardio to really feel the burn but it’s not necessary and I was getting great results before I incorporated cardio.

      as someone who is vegan I am so embarrassed by that channel. Vegan channels on youtube represent us in such a negative way, a lot of them are always bullying others, spreading negativity...I think Cassey is wonderful, she is full of love and positivity and has built herself up by making REAL content, not picking on other people and using them to gain views. Please don't think all vegans are like that, I think most vegans believe everyone should be respected, vegan or not, but the crazy vegans seem to be the only ones who get all the attention lol (i guess because they're very vocal). Anyway, the popster/blogilates community is one of the most positive I've come across and I'm so glad Cassey has pushed away the negativity and not let it take her down :)

    Here for the April 2020 calendar and let me tell you... I have made so much progress so far and while I may not be losing more weight I can definitely see a difference and can make it through 3-4 videos without stopping now.     I have been doing this workout for about 2 weeks now, including more arm workouts and leg workouts! I have seen such a difference, and I even had the confidence to wear leggings and I got many compliments and for my arms, they look bomb. I wouldn't call myself fat, only chubby.

    This is still one of my arm workout routine until now and my family notices that my arms look thinner and i never believed them until i tried on my tight long sleeves again for myself to see it looks loose and looks so much better on me now than before I look like a wrapped pig.     Day 2 : ✅
    Day 3 : ✅ I added some energize music during this workout and it helped a bit. I sang along and didn’t really think about the workout!
    Day 4 : ✅ I was watching Sims 4 streaming and doing this together and I didn’t drop my arms at all!! I think my arms are getting use to it so tomorrow i might have to take a break.
    Day 5 : ✅ okay. I just can’t stop 😂 i started to see some result!!!
    Day 6-10 : blah i went lazy so I skipped! Ha but i’m back baby
    Day 11 : ✅ burn baby burnnn. My left arm burns a lot like I feel my muscle working but i don’t know what’s wrong with my right arm it doesn’t really feel the pain that much but i feel great for overall workout :) ps. I didn’t do only this exercise but also do the cardio workout too.
    Day 12 : ✅ i dropped my arms twice 😭
    Day 13 : ✅ i feel down today. Like all the exercises i did didn’t show any change so it kinda sad for me. But I know that it won’t change immediately after the workout, everything take some times. So don’t give up me and everyone else who pass by :)))
    Day 14 : ✅ i did this while i was hula hooping and it was fun!
    Day 15-18 : I did Chloe ting shred and that include some arms workout so I didn’t do this workout
    Day 19 ✅ : I’m back!! I feel my arms are more tone and stronger :)

      Me too , I feel my left arm's fat burning but I can't say the same for my right arm , but still this workout works !!!!

    I used to not be able to follow this workout and would always take breaks in between. but now this is just becoming way too easy for me. Thank you for making me feel good about myself again!!!

    i'm gonna thanks Cassey cuz she is my lifesaver! I've been doing this workout for 2 months and i can see the changes of my arms from fatty to skinny ! I'm so satisfied with my arms now even not in a muscular states .All i wanna say is don't be procrastinate ,get up! just do it! cuz it's useful!

    You guys do realize there basically isn't a single comment about the actual workout? Well, I'll write one. It was fun, hope you do more of this kind, you know, without the timer. Also, love you Cassey, you're still amazing to a lot of us, even though all these comments seem to say differently.

    This workout is so good! I am doing this for how many months and it is perfectly awesome! My arms before measured 12inches and now it's 9.5inches!! You should give this a try! It works! Trust me!! 🥺

    1 week and a half in, doing this 5/6 days per week and i'm starting to see biceps bumps when I flex and my shoulders are on point 🔥 I'm not fit at all and I started working out on the daily to get better mentally and physically. I'll try to keep this comment updated as much as I can 😊 Thank you Cassie!
    Edit on the 07/29/2019: okay so I decided early on this month to follow the July workout calendar (which is great, definitely recommend you can follow it for August if Cassie doesn't do a new one!), I do still follow that video from time to time when I need to change up a bit my wo routine (in the calendar, each day of the week focuses on one area of the body and I have trouble doing it all swiftly... For ex if I have to do 4 videos focusing on booty & thighs, I'd do 2 then one focusing on my arms with a video like this one to kind of give me a break, then the rest of it :) it helps because I tend to hurt pretty quickly and not do the postures right & give up more easily when I just try and go through the pain and that's not the point. I've definitely noticed a good change in my arms (they do feel stronger and they are shaping up which is EXCITING, I try to lift weights as I do types of exercises like in this video like full bottles of water, heavy candles...), on my legs (they aren't really thinning up which I don't mind, love thick thighs, but I'm much much more flexible and I can feel the muscles under my touch relaxed (as in there's a little bit of resistance instead of just jelly-fat) or flexed. I didn't really have the changes I've wanted with my belly and love handles, but I find that I don't really mind! I try to love myself the way I am and not force my body into hurting itself by being overzealous on the working out. I'm now trying to do 15-20 mins on a treadmill (just bought one) after each sesh and do my stretches with care (I started out not stretching out at all and of course I couldn't work out after a few days because of the pain). Didn't have to change up my diet much since I don't eat meat anyway and it's been like that for years (except chicken sometimes, I did reduce my consommation quite a lot lately like one meal one day every two/three weeks) and I love my veggies & fruits so no problem adapting here. The only thing I'd point out is I also reduced my cheese consumption, and it's going good so far :) There we go for this month's update, hope it helps somebody somewhere ! Be strong and remind yourself that your body doesn't define your worth, you are worthy of love no matter how you look 💛

    I USED to dislike this workout but now it is one of my favorite! I started doing this everyday and I actually finish it without breaks now

    I just tried doing one of Popsugar's arm workouts and didn't feel much. I came back here since I KNEW Cassey would kill me, and she didn't disappoint.

    day 1: pretty hard took 2 breaks
    day 2: easier when distracted i completed the workout on an elliptical
    day 3: i really put this one off but still completed it. starting to feel some muscles come in
    day 4: done
    day 5: skipped this but still did a workout
    day 6: did half + major workout
    day 7: back full force fairly hard after yesterday
    days(?):i have had 2 practices a day and i didn’t get the chance to do it for a while but i still worked out
    day 9: done i can kinda start to see muscles as well
    final update: definitely worth it. my shoulders are tone enough to go to the gym & not look weird now. thanks cass!
