I've been following this channel for a while, but this is the first workout I've performed in real time! Usually, I just love exploring and borrowing moves to shake up my routine. Now I love doing the whole thing in one go - I've never smiled through the entirety of a circuit before! Thank you Cassey, you're just what I needed to break through this plateau I've been having!
I started doing this in December 28 2016 and now it's February 25 2017... At first I almost died and the up up down downs were killer.. I kept going and each day it got easier and easier! I also saw my arms get a lot toner!! Now it's so addicting to do this! I have been doing this everyday since!!! Thank you for this amazing video because my arms have never been so toned!!! ❤️

So I decided to tone up my bod lately and I've done A BUNCH of things. I'm talking from what celebs recommend to what a few trainers have recommended. NONE of them have made me cry like your vids. I mean I did this about a week ago out of boredom/recommendation from a friend and my body was in so much pain. It was a good pain though. It made me realize "hey, this is actually working." And the results are so INSTANT. I'm still just beginning to watch your channel but wow, I'm really looking forward to it :}

ugh today’s calendar workout KILLED ME! It’s March 10, 2019, and arm day is one of my least favorite, next to cardio day, because my arms are the weakest part of my body. But they are getting so much stronger, I finished today’s workout through sheer willpower because I will not give up! My arms have and are and will continue to become stronger!!

I'm 21 and I am so weak it is crazy, but this year I decided I would try and build up my strength and tone my body overall. It's been about 3 weeks sine I've found you and it certainly wasn't easy to follow your routines at first, but now I'm building strength and I can finally get through some of the videos - feel so proud and happy! I've really gotten out of shape lately because of school/work/general stress and now that its summer in getting back into pilates. This workout is 45 minutes into my set and when it got to the up up down downs i just couldnt do it and laid face down on my mat for the set. But i felt so bad about that that i replayed the last part, sucked it up and just did them. I'm only cheating myself by not completing to workout, so i was proud i went back and did it even after a little break
Well done! The more you do this workout, the easier it gets. I find Cassey so supportive and positive, I get addicted to her workouts. The first time I did this one I collapsed after doing one of up-up down-downs, but now I finish each exercise easily.

GUYS on day one I was dying and can barely finish it but I'm on day 3 now and it got easier to do!! I've got some few tips to help: 1. When doing the second move I keep looking and naming the colours of her shoes on her shoe rack.. that helps forget the burn 2. Try saying out loud what you want for your body to help you get through the moves(Example: I want toned arms) repeatedly. 3. If you can't do the last move switch it with another arm exercise from another one of her videos 4. Always stretch after finishing :D GOOD LUCK!

I am a level 5 gymnast and I watch blogilates. They have help me so much on working out. The only bad thing is that my conditioning are much more harder than these and I do these at night. The next day I'm dead, but thank you Cassey for short arm workouts so I don't literally die the next day

***** Do you keep your elbows along your torso or do you push them out? My elbows kept popping until I realized I had to keep them along my torso :) If that's not the case for you, then just stretch your arms more! ^^
Been doing this a lot, trying to repeat it 5 times! Major difference already in triceps after only a short time. Biceps not so much - first two movements feel like a great warm up for them before weights and to slim down and warm down, but if you're looking for something more intense this is a great starting point. If you can do this really well a few times over, you're defo on your way to building some muscle if that's what you like.
Advice advice please cassey, lately i have gone from 127 pounds to 132 pounds even though i workout with ur videos and run too. I try to eat clean and my portions are small too. D only thing i added to my diet recently is protein shakes which i take as breakfast/ meal replacement. What should i do please i would appreciate ur honest advice.
You have probably gained muscle. Keep in mind muscle weighs more then fat! I wouldn't be too alarmed, 132 is a perfectly healthy weight! Do you have a before picture? Often times pictures are the best way to look at progress because even of you only lose a pound or two, you may have gained muscle and you look slimmer!! If you don't have one, I'd recommend taking one to look back on as you continue your journey. Another thing to keep in mind is diet! I like to believe your body is 20% workouts and 80% diet. Take a look at some healthy meal plans or your country's food guide and adjust you diet accordingly. Also make sure your drinking enough water!! Water is so important for your weight and overall well being. You can find a calculator online which will tell how much you need based on many factors but a general rule is 2.5 to 3.5 litres a day depending on weight, age, and activity level. I bet your doing great! Remember that no matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everyone on the coach. Keep going girl! You can do it!! :)

When I started exercising along with the videos, I gained several pounds as well. Then I went down again, so I think it's fairly normal. Just don't weigh yourself to the point you lose interest in exercising. Scales are evil things. :p
The other day i went to the library and i found a book of exercises, but had not had time to open it, then i was looking for a video for beautiful arms and i found your videos and then i noticed that you are the author of the book i had found in the library. Im only 12 but my arms are flat AF! So I have done about 3 of your arm workouts so far but about every 2 workout moves I have to take 10 second breaks. I've been working out for about 3 hours now and I'm feeling the burn and I LOVE IT! Thanks for your awesome workouts! XOXO

OMG THIS WAS NO JOKE! This was reeeeeeeaaaaaalllllllyyyyy hard. But I got through it all without breaks. The only thing I did though was I did the first 30 seconds of up up down downs on my knees and the rest on my toes. Super hard video but I did it!

Dear Future and Past Grass, this video is STILL SUPERRRRR HARD! No, the word "hard" is an understatement. Especially after the 21 min total arm tone! Oh, and I didn't modify any moves AT ALL! However, I didn't go at the same pace as Cassey.

I really love this series, I just started taking my health seriously lately and came across these and I enjoy it very much! It is so hard, harder than I thought it would be to be honest ;P At first I kept calling you crazy, and slightly swearing a little at the computer screen, but I've been doing these for over a month now (the legs for over a month, arms 3 weeks) and I gotta say thank you for doing this. Between your workouts and my low-carb diet I have lost 30lbs! So thank you so much for making these videos!

does anyone know why my elbows pop when I do the pushups? its been happening for a long time and it worries me
That happens to me also. I am pretty sure that it's just because I don't stretch my arms properly. Don't worry about it.
***** Do you keep your elbows along your torso or do you push them out? My elbows kept popping until I realized I had to keep them along my torso :) If that's not the case for you, then just stretch your arms more! ^^

Been doing this a lot, trying to repeat it 5 times! Major difference already in triceps after only a short time. Biceps not so much - first two movements feel like a great warm up for them before weights and to slim down and warm down, but if you're looking for something more intense this is a great starting point. If you can do this really well a few times over, you're defo on your way to building some muscle if that's what you like.

Advice advice please cassey, lately i have gone from 127 pounds to 132 pounds even though i workout with ur videos and run too. I try to eat clean and my portions are small too. D only thing i added to my diet recently is protein shakes which i take as breakfast/ meal replacement. What should i do please i would appreciate ur honest advice.

You have probably gained muscle. Keep in mind muscle weighs more then fat! I wouldn't be too alarmed, 132 is a perfectly healthy weight! Do you have a before picture? Often times pictures are the best way to look at progress because even of you only lose a pound or two, you may have gained muscle and you look slimmer!! If you don't have one, I'd recommend taking one to look back on as you continue your journey. Another thing to keep in mind is diet! I like to believe your body is 20% workouts and 80% diet. Take a look at some healthy meal plans or your country's food guide and adjust you diet accordingly. Also make sure your drinking enough water!! Water is so important for your weight and overall well being. You can find a calculator online which will tell how much you need based on many factors but a general rule is 2.5 to 3.5 litres a day depending on weight, age, and activity level. I bet your doing great! Remember that no matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everyone on the coach. Keep going girl! You can do it!! :)

When I started exercising along with the videos, I gained several pounds as well. Then I went down again, so I think it's fairly normal. Just don't weigh yourself to the point you lose interest in exercising. Scales are evil things. :p
