I've always wanted a tattoo on my shoulder, but I HATE my arms so much that I refuse to show them. Even in the summer, I don't wear tank tops or even T-shirts because i'm so afraid others are going to see them. I get really hot since I only wear shirts that cover the elbow, and I wish so badly that I could wear cute tops... My biggest goal though is a tattoo on my arm, so here I am working out my arms. I've been doing this (and a variety of other blogilates videos) for just over a month along with clean eating, and I haven't seen much of a difference in my body yet. It's so easy to get discouraged but I don't want to give up this time since i've been trying to lose weight for 8 years. I think I can do it, the stories I read in the YT comments really motivate me. Hold me to it! Thank you so much Cassie and thank you everyone for inspiring me with your successes. It's so hard but I just want to be happy and look the way that I feel on the inside.
Honestly even if you don't lose much weight, exercise and a healthy diet can really help with both mental and physical health, which is great even if you don't end up as a size 2
Although I was DYING from pain, I love this video because I didn't need any weights or have to get on the floor to work my arms. I will definitely be doing this everyday!

One month later consistently working out to this video 5 days a week once a day, and cutting back on fast foods, and eating smaller portions. I have trimmed my arm fat by 1 inch. this may not sound like much, but it makes a BIG difference in how my shirts fit. This is a big accomplishment, and I know you can do it too! (( i know this is long but i hope i can reach at least one person with the words that i'm about to say. i love you.)) it's been almost a year since a left this comment here and in this whole year, so much has changed. not in a good way though, because when i went to college, i had to quit following blogilates and doing workouts everyday including this video. today i was sitting and thinking "is this the life i want? am i really gonna sit here and wait till someone loves me and tells me that i'm beautiful and make me believe that?" i realised how a pathetic person i almost became and i was like "yeah, it's me moving on now. even if i break sometimes, i am me and no one can change this about me." and yes, it is the most powerful feeling ever. you, whoever reading this comment; just get up from wherever you are sitting on right now and play your favorite song which makes you dance like crazy. and then remember that you have a beautiful body. you are beautiful just as you are, you just have to realise that, right now. you can change your body if you want to, but no one can tell you so. I'm very glad I added this to my workouts. It's only 6 minutes, so it's not hard to do daily. If you add this to the rest of your routine it becomes very useful! I find it especially useful because it actually burns the fat in your upper arms! I love it! I do it everyday and sometimes every other day, and it works! It didn't take very long to see results.

I usually watch youtube videos while doing different exercises to keep me entertained but this video is the first workout that actually kept me entertained without watching anything on the background. I followed many workouts, but never have I experienced this much fun while doing such an intense arm exercise (maybe bc she was also suffering with me while having such a nice conversation in between lmao). i do this workout about twice a week (started about one month ago) whenever i like to, it really really works, the results are amazing! i do this because it is fun and i feel better after it, but guys, don't forget to love yourself, love your body and every single part of you!

Coming back to this after a few years. I remember doing this workout for less than a week and I started seeing the muscles already that I even showed off to my sisters

I have to say these are pretty interesting workouts for arms xD Usually see push ups, arms and shoulder raises but the first two exercises you showed is definitely unique and interesting haha
This 'workout' literally has no resistance which is needed for any type of muscle building, this workout does nothing except tire out a beginners arms which IS NOT the same as working them out in order to increase muscle mass. Add resistance such as weights, bands, bodyweight exercises etc, not this rubbish.
This is my fav video of cassey’s! Revisiting this workout after so long and I’m so proud that I could finish it without stopping now! I used to remember hurting so bad during the first move and constantly taking breaks, I didn’t realise how much stronger I’ve become.. now it’s easy for me :,)
Cassie I just wanted to say thank you because you have made me the happiest I have ever been in my entire life because of the improvements I see in my body. I have never felt this amazing in my workout clothes before (which are a sports bra and spandex). I have done day 6 yesterday, and i haven't really spot any big differences but i can see that my and are SLOWLY coming out (when i suck in my tummy tbh or maybe its just my imagination) AND my booty is obviously getting toned. Workout Hack: If you also want to work on your core, balance, and posture, try doing these while standing on one leg and alternating, that way you do even more in 6 minutes!!!
It really works! I started doing this workout about 2 years ago and I saw the results very quickly (it took me two months to see a little muscle). But obviously I work out and eat healthy foods, I lost 33 pounds by the way 😆 I don't think you can see any results if you do this workout only, but it really helps. Remember, it's a matter of time and motivation, and only you can do this, no one is going to do this for you! Thank you so much Cassey Ho, you changed my life!
First day of December! Done! Oh my gosh that felt SO good! I haven’t worked out in months! Today I woke up and was like you know what? I’m gonna workout! It’s a new day and a new month time to get back on the horse! Who needs to wait till the new year?! Make your goals happen now!
Always struggled with my weight and in particular, the tops of my arms.. That's where my most obvious stretch marks are.. Followed blogilates since 2014 and occasionally start following the workouts but it has only ever lasted a few days before now. Most recently I've stuck to this workout for 3 weeks doing it most days and I've lost just over an inch from the top of my arms! Keep going guys it really works!
I have very fat arms so I am trying to do this for a full month I'm gonna try and document this Day 1: was able to get through forward and backwards before needing a break Day 2: I am switching between this video and one on her tik tok both are 6 minutes arms were a little sore from yesterday Day 3: may 15 I have an alarm set for me to do this at 4pm but everytime I just end up doing them at 11pm my arms are more sore but I kinda like doing this. I like her enthusiasm. I am able to take shorter breaks in between and my arms are a little harder Day 4 arms are still sore I am now alternating so today was a different video Day 5 my arms werent very sore during the day but when I started doing the exercise I could feel it. I was gonna do a break day today because its Sunday but I got my motivation and did it. My arms are defidently a little bigger when I flex there is a little numb that didnt used to be there. I am able to get through forwards and backwards without pausing in between and I dont have to pause the video as much Also I feel like I am not doing the exercises right because one arm will burn more than the other and it switches???? 😪 finals week starts tommorow wish me luck!
I'm so proud of myself for being able to finish this 100% on my first try. I was bedridden for 6 years due to a severe disability, and it got to the point where I could barely lift my own water bottle, which is when I knew I had to do something about it and started physical therapy in January. My insurance stopped covering my physical therapy in May, but I've been doing exercises daily on my own, and the fact I can do this just proves to myself how strong I am and how far I've come. I'm in pain 24/7 bc of my disability, but I push through the pain and that's all that matters. :)
I don't even know why but this is probably my favorite workout of cassie ever! I've been watching her videos for almost 3 years and I just love this one the most! :) but to be fair every workout of her is amazing haha
It's never too late to build a stronger and more beautiful body! Two months of dedicated blogilates practices is a long time, and it showed in my body after about 6 weeks. Plus, you're not just improving yourself for prom, you're also competing against yourself for college, adult life and a long healthy lifetime. I have terrible migraines because of an injury that ruined my neck and back. These particular exercises have really helped to build up the strength that I lost so many years ago, and have reduced pain by 50%, which is incredible. I'm a new person! Started my lifestyle change/fitness journey in February 2018. I exercise every other day (started low impact due to being obese and working my way to higher cardio). I do this video and the other arm video at least once a week in conjunction with the cardio. Today was the first day I didn't stop during reps!!! I actually felt like breaking, but at last found the ability to push through! Thank you so much for these workouts!
1st 0f January 2021...I was feeling slightly low so I was like yeah let's workout with Cassey... I did a leg workout of yours and then did this... I usually watch youtube videos while doing different exercises to keep me entertained but this video is the first workout that actually kept me entertained without watching anything on the background. I followed many workouts, but never have I experienced this much fun while doing such an intense arm exercise (maybe bc she was also suffering with me while having such a nice conversation in between lmao). Thank you Cassey for this video, really enjoyed it !
i do this workout about twice a week (started about one month ago) whenever i like to, it really really works, the results are amazing! i do this because it is fun and i feel better after it, but guys, don't forget to love yourself, love your body and every single part of you!

Coming back to this after a few years. I remember doing this workout for less than a week and I started seeing the muscles already that I even showed off to my sisters

I have to say these are pretty interesting workouts for arms xD Usually see push ups, arms and shoulder raises but the first two exercises you showed is definitely unique and interesting haha

This 'workout' literally has no resistance which is needed for any type of muscle building, this workout does nothing except tire out a beginners arms which IS NOT the same as working them out in order to increase muscle mass. Add resistance such as weights, bands, bodyweight exercises etc, not this rubbish.
I'm super hypermobile, and I really love these videos cause you dont use weights, and most of it is appropriate for beginners like myself thank you!
This is my fav video of cassey’s! Revisiting this workout after so long and I’m so proud that I could finish it without stopping now! I used to remember hurting so bad during the first move and constantly taking breaks, I didn’t realise how much stronger I’ve become.. now it’s easy for me :,)

Cassie I just wanted to say thank you because you have made me the happiest I have ever been in my entire life because of the improvements I see in my body. I have never felt this amazing in my workout clothes before (which are a sports bra and spandex). I did this particular arm workout in my mirror just a minute ago and I kept smiling at myself because I could see the muscle on the sides of my stomach and my abs were actually outside of my stomach lol! I have done day 6 yesterday, and i haven't really spot any big differences but i can see that my and are SLOWLY coming out (when i suck in my tummy tbh or maybe its just my imagination) AND my booty is obviously getting toned. It really works! I started doing this workout about 2 years ago and I saw the results very quickly (it took me two months to see a little muscle). But obviously I work out and eat healthy foods, I lost 33 pounds by the way 😆 I don't think you can see any results if you do this workout only, but it really helps. Remember, it's a matter of time and motivation, and only you can do this, no one is going to do this for you! Thank you so much Cassey Ho, you changed my life!

Always struggled with my weight and in particular, the tops of my arms.. That's where my most obvious stretch marks are..
Followed blogilates since 2014 and occasionally start following the workouts but it has only ever lasted a few days before now. Most recently I've stuck to this workout for 3 weeks doing it most days and I've lost just over an inch from the top of my arms!

I have very fat arms so I am trying to do this for a full month I'm gonna try and document this
Day 1: was able to get through forward and backwards before needing a break
Day 2: I am switching between this video and one on her tik tok both are 6 minutes arms were a little sore from yesterday
Day 3: may 15 I have an alarm set for me to do this at 4pm but everytime I just end up doing them at 11pm my arms are more sore but I kinda like doing this. I like her enthusiasm. I am able to take shorter breaks in between and my arms are a little harder
Day 4 arms are still sore I am now alternating so today was a different video
Day 5 my arms werent very sore during the day but when I started doing the exercise I could feel it. I was gonna do a break day today because its Sunday but I got my motivation and did it. My arms are defidently a little bigger when I flex there is a little numb that didnt used to be there. I am able to get through forwards and backwards without pausing in between and I dont have to pause the video as much
Also I feel like I am not doing the exercises right because one arm will burn more than the other and it switches???? 😪 finals week starts tommorow wish me luck!

Hello, been two years I'm curious if it worked for u?
I'm so proud of myself for being able to finish this 100% on my first try. I was bedridden for 6 years due to a severe disability, and it got to the point where I could barely lift my own water bottle, which is when I knew I had to do something about it and started physical therapy in January. My insurance stopped covering my physical therapy in May, but I've been doing exercises daily on my own, and the fact I can do this just proves to myself how strong I am and how far I've come. I'm in pain 24/7 bc of my disability, but I push through the pain and that's all that matters. :)
I just realized this has been my go-to arm workout for all 8 years! I can actually get through the arm circles 😅

Plus, you're not just improving yourself for prom, you're also competing against yourself for college, adult life and a long healthy lifetime. I have terrible migraines because of an injury that ruined my neck and back. Started my lifestyle change/fitness journey in February 2018. I exercise every other day (started low impact due to being obese and working my way to higher cardio). I do this video and the other arm video at least once a week in conjunction with the cardio. Today was the first day I didn't stop during reps!!! I actually felt like breaking, but at last found the ability to push through! Thank you so much for these workouts!
