For any of those wondering - yes, this is a pretty efficient lean leg work out. I personally feel like this one gave better results than the other ones I did. So do it a few times, I promise it's worth it.

OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS WORKOUT!!!!! I have done it for three days strait along with her 5 min arms, 5 min butt, and 5 min abs, plus popsugars 5 min lose the pouch workout... And I have lost 5 lbs and have a huge difference in my body already and I love it!!!! If anyone out there is struggling do the workouts I listed. It knot takes 25 min..... And anyone has an extra 25 min to change tgier body for the best!!! I'm going to continue with the workouts and update you all in how I look in a week... So see you in four more days !!!!❤️💪🏼

But I acctually wasn't happy with my results from this in a week so I switched to doing her whole "6 minute sexy" series along with postage fitness's toghten the pudge workout, and a three minute workout targeting batwing a, and my results are amazing ... Oh and I also do 2:30 min calf raises ... Hope this helps and you love your results as much as I do.... Also soon when I'm stronger I'm going to switch to her quick burn playlist and I'd suggest the same to you

It's Xmas 2017, I started doing these just over a month ago, mostly once a day, sometimes twice, the odd day I've not managed to fit it in at all, life is very hectic at the moment. Anyway I tried on a pair of jeans yesterday that I haven't been able to get into for 2 years (should have thrown them out!) but I got into them and they fitted comfortably, I couldn't believe it! It has made me so happy and motivated, thank you for this amazing and quick exercise!!

Casey is awesome did this for a week straight and my thighs actually got smaller and toner, my friends even notice and asked if I was working out but I just did this and a little bit of 10-15 mins of running each day and it worked !! I didn’t change my diet or anything just was persistent with the workout and it paid off!!!
I used to take like 2 seconds breaks during the squats and calf raises but today I did them all WOOOOO I'm proud, I can actually feel less fat in my in my outer thighs ngl, my inner thighs are the problem but I will continue to do this and we'll see the results :)
Cassey makes the best quick workouts because she really packs everything in a short amount of time. I don't worry that I have not done enough workout even if it is just 10 minutes per day!

I'm having a tough time today. Fkinding it hard to get motivated and really get into the work out. Quarantine got me feeling down. Still here for the #April2020. Imagine though if Eeyore (Winnie the Pooh's mate) was doing exercise... that's my vibe today.
This is definitely one of my favorites that I have done of yours. I actually felt the fire in my quads and calves. It takes a lot for my thighs to burn, and I know I'm going to be feeling this tomorrow! Good stuff
God I love this so much. This is easy to follow, I don't have a thought of giving up doing this, YET I can feel my legs' muscles being 'trained' (?????). I guess you guys know what I mean lolololol Also, it requires only 5 minutes and no jumping. I can do it anytime and anywhere eg watching TV or brushing my teeth. btw I won't record in the comment. I will keep doing this workout but I'll definitely forget to record.

I'd say more muscle than slimming. Overall it's a it is a good toner and gives you stronger legs.

I'm having a tough time today. Fkinding it hard to get motivated and really get into the work out. Quarantine got me feeling down. Still here for the #April2020. Imagine though if Eeyore (Winnie the Pooh's mate) was doing exercise... that's my vibe today.
I have done this video for a week and it has worked! My legs have no fat and are really strong!

This is definitely one of my favorites that I have done of yours. I actually felt the fire in my quads and calves. It takes a lot for my thighs to burn, and I know I'm going to be feeling this tomorrow! Good stuff

I live in Germany and IT'S about 4AM... I'm bored so I'm doing this RIGHT NOW :D BEAST MODE
God I love this so much. This is easy to follow, I don't have a thought of giving up doing this, YET I can feel my legs' muscles being 'trained' (?????). I guess you guys know what I mean lolololol
Also, it requires only 5 minutes and no jumping. I can do it anytime and anywhere eg watching TV or brushing my teeth.
btw I won't record in the comment. I will keep doing this workout but I'll definitely forget to record.

This is still one of my favorite workouts!! It's effectively slimmed down my calves which have always given me headaches on how to do so. Please please please make a video for our calves Cassey!!
