I used to be so fit because of Cassey's videos. I would do them daily, I lost 10 kgs and was eating clean. Then I slipped, got lazy and lost my track. I'm sure a year ago this would be a piece of cake but I was burning after only 30 seconds. I managed to go through the workout but I can see there's a long path to regaining my strenght. Thanks Cassey for being such an inspiration to me. I'm not much into other sports but PopPilates got me hooked, so much fun and tough at the same time ;) Now I'm determinded to get my body back and be as happy and fit as a year ago :)
Tip for students - when your butt gets numb after sitting down for hours when studying, take a break and do this work out! 😁😁 That way you feel a little more energized when go you back to studying. Good luck!! 💪🍑

I'm doing this for the two weeks before back to school, ill keep y'all updated DAY 1: My butt burned while doing the workout but obviously there aren't results after one day, I also did several other videos including the five minute flat abs workout. DAY 2: All the workouts were easier today but I was sore from yesterday. Everything was pretty easy but I suck at ab workouts. I changed the workout videos I'm doing a little but I'm still mostly doing the same videos.
the first two moves hurt the opposite side of my butt more because it felt like I was kinda twisted. Also, does anyone else not feel anything when doing bridges?
johannahasacheetah probably because you either aren't moving up and down your leg in increments during the first move, flexing your foot during the 2nd move, and clenching your butt during the last move

the second rep of the kicks on the opposite leg had my butt cramp omg but i only stopped for about 5 seconds total to relax the muscle! getting back into the routine after the holidays :)

That happens to me too, I'm guessing you're double jointed like me. That's why it sounds like it's cracking, because it is! That's not bad though. If the cramps start after that, then drink some water and do some simple thigh/leg/butt stretches to relax your cramps. Arches work as well. 😋

10th Sep Goodness me. Literally a month or so ago I could barely do a roll up without my legs lifting off the floor and having to hold onto my thighs!!! Progress ! I feel so accomplished. You can do it popsters! Have faith in yourself because these small steps lead up to a long and amazing journey to a great you! Spreading the feel good vibes~

I do these 5 minute workouts during my Pomodoro breaks and it really helps get my activity for the day in while staying energized for studying!

It's like more tight and burning fat. So less loose and wiggly

I get cramps too :/ first it makes a noise like it's broken and then the cramps idk what to do too it's the same with squats :(
same!!! I just try to have a slight Bend in my knees, and not to go to far with my squats :)

If your knees hurt when you squat put Dumbbells under your heels
It might be a lack of flexibility! Try stretching your hips and after a while it might feel better:)
