I’m gonna do this yall! I’m already doing 4 other work outs during the day while on a calorie deficit! And yes I was an absolute binge eater! I’ll give yall updates! It’s been like 3 days of consistent working out and I see small progress! Took a week break for vball+gym But I’m back! Update: got sick but tday I did it and felt some improvement. I’m getting back into the rythm! Alright first day back: felt good not much pain
Ok, let`s do it! 64kg, waist 68cm Day 1 I can actually feel my abs, they burn so much. It was hard, smtms I did the reps slower, but I made it to the end eventually, and I`m proud of myself for doing it. Day 2 Almost overslept, but still decided to commit and did it. I could slightly feel my abs even before starting (guess due to my loong break in any type of exercise). My neck is dying www It was hard, but I finished it. Day 3 It was my sister`s birthday, so I missed this day, but at least managed to do 10000 steps. Day 4 My neck is still dying, but I managed to keep up with Lilly`s pace during the majority of exercises which is amazing and unbelievable for me. Also the last exercise isn`t that tiring anymore. Day 5 (I gave myself some breaks before it doing another video, 10000 steps a day or just resting; remember it's ok to take breaks if you need them) Wow it felt so much easier even though my abs are still on fire 😂 I will measure myself again on the day 7.

I did this workout 3x/week for the whole month of January. Started off having to do some of the modified exercises ending being able to do all of the regular exercises without stopping at all throughout the whole workout. I genuinely enjoy doing this every time I workout and I am going to continue doing it throughout February. 🫶🏼

I’m 14, not athletic but still springy and youthful. I did this bc my friend challenged me with the 75 hard and I’m like “oh Pilates, can’t be that hard just sitting on a wall” but MAN that was intense. I pulled through and definitely will be returning to this video. 🎉

Excited for this challenge. I found Lily's workout videos right before Thanksgiving. I was trying to lose some baby weights and sick of being out of shape. I have completed two video challenges so far. Being a mom of 5 makes it hard to do the exercises every day. But I have lost 7 lbs and my baby pouches are shrinking. My goal is to do this for about 14 days. 1/6. Weight: 167 lbs. Day 1: It was surprisingly not bad. Definitely felt the burn. Some of my forms were a little off. Day 2: Another great workout. Day 3 to Day 6: Sickness hit the house. Day 7: It is NOT FUN to get back on the routine after being sick for so long. But I survived. Day 8: Felt slgihtly less rusty. Day 9: Getting back in the routine. Day 10: A busy day. Skipped. Day 11: Took a hike with the kids. Day 12: It was late when I finally got time to workout. So I did a mix of workouts from memory and a few planks. Day 13: I saw she had a 7 x 7 Challenge. So I will be doing those instead for the next 7 days. JUST COMPLETED her 7-Day Challenge from the other exercise. Will be coming back to this.

Today was a little less painful as i tried my best to endure, but after the cardio my legs were dying so i had to take a break before starting on my legs, nonetheless completed! I really really felt the burn, almost wanted to give up halfway + i took some short breaks in between ! going to keep trying this 😆

Day 2 completed! oh my gosh, i could really feel the burn today. Almost wanted to give up halfway, but i still managed to complete it! took a little lesser breaks today. Will be here again tomorrow!

Day 3 completed! oh my gosh my abs were hurting so so much i almost gave up but i took a short break and got back to doing all my workouts again and once again completed! 💪🏻

Day 4! Today was a little less painful as i tried my best to endure, but after the cardio my legs were dying so i had to take a break before starting on my legs, nonetheless completed!

Was feeling super unmotivated today, especially since I had really really bad bloating but i still managed to do 2/3 of my workouts, proud of myself!

Week one it was hard and I felt the burn for most of the exersises waist is: 29 ish inches and weight is: 101 pounds height is: a little more then 5 ft by the way I’m 12 so don’t think I’m like skinny cuz of my weight compared to a adult women 😂
It’s the next week, and I already failed 😂 I ate 7 chocalate granola bars today, because I was trying to eat less, and I binge afters my belly is two times as big as it was before 😢
Ok it is now the end of that binge week, I’m doing better and am back on track!
