Starting 8th July to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.
Work on toning on your arms and opening your shoulders with this easy yoga flow. If you feel tightness in your shoulders due to working or driving long hours, this flow will help you immensely. 🙌🏼
Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

its my 3 rd vedio. i started this 21 days journey on 28 feb 2023 but yaa wasnt able to continue after 1 march. with a positive intention starting from where i left and i really feel energised and good after this practice . I will try my best to be as consistent as possible. looking forward for the next day.. Thank you radhika didi and universe for this session

I have been doing yoga for many years but there’s so much more to learn/improve on. My experience is that these arm exercises are def good for stretching and relieving stress/pain in shoulders/arms etc. They are even good for cleansing lymphatic systems. But I’m not sure about losing the under arm fat/flab with these unless it takes years to get results perhaps? I’d be curious to know what other practitioners think 🤔
