Does anyone know when is the best time to do this workout?
if u go to school and get home at 3 do the workout at 4 or 5 after showering as it makes it easier and more comfortable.😀

Also after u do the exercise wait for 10 or 15 minites before showering and after showering do skincare or just wash your face with cold water as it makes all the dirt and sweat that remains go!
