It will hurt for only 5-10 min not more than that. If u are healthy, u will not feel pain while doing these exercises. I didn't do your workouts for a month but after that I instantly realised that my stamina has lowered. I get tired quickly. One week after I started doing your workouts again I feel energetic and my stamina has increased again. Keep up with your videos. 😊👍

13 and almost 14 in 4 months and i can say that stretches have helped me alot these past 16 days,I've become more flexible and these feel relaxing grew 1 inch taller, drinking milk everyday 1-2 times, eating almonds and high in calcium foods and sleeping 8 hours has also played a big role,will continue doing these for the next 4 months and see the results, this is like a daily routine now so will keep on doing these until I'm 16❤

I grew up being the tallest of my friends but then I stopped growing at 12 for some reason and watching them slowly getting taller than me really made an impact. I was like "why does everyone grow but I? Why did I stop growing?" Let me tell you that watching your friends get taller than you is one of the worst feeling ever. I used to be taller by a head than one of my friends and now she's almost as tall as me! I'll keep doing this maybe one day I'll reach my dream height❤

New one here! I am 17 years old, height 158 cm. Day 1: felt energetic, sweated a lot and felt bit pain in back. Day 2: Sweated a lot, felt less stiffness in back and felt lighter than first day. Day 3: Sweats are common during exercise, try to focus on your breathing. Try taking long deep breaths instead of short ones. Day4: today I did these exercises two times. @@graesthetic_art8-8you can be taller because when I in you age I was my height 143 but be have to sleep for 8 h with some exercise you will be taller just trust me take your time but do that before 15 or16 and better now because when you younger it’s easier

@@xoriaxo yes of course, I had a slouch posture and in 12 days this exercise improve my posture and also I became taller about 3cm . This is even more help ful if you try to take healthy diet . This exercise stretch our full body and impreves body's elasticity. This is best. I'll do this exercise until I reach my goal.

I’m here to share my experience. I’ve been doing shirlyn’s stretching for about 1 year now. I started last year September. I went from over 60kg to 49kg (current), and gained few inches. Its great to say that she helped me a lot and I have been sharing my process to my friends and others and of course shared shirlyn too. Just a reminder that, there’s always time that were about to give up as we don’t see no progress, but it’s process for a reason. Keep working on yourself but don’t forget to love yourself:)

This is my challenge glowing taller 5 cm in 4 month. Current height 155 Start: 10/2/2023 Finish: 1/6/2023 I do a few exercise videos, not just this. At least 1 set per day. I also eat less junk food, fast food, hot, sweet and eat more vegetables, fruits, eggs. drink water. Journal: 10/2: ☘️do abs and height exercise. Feeling: headache 11/2: Today i feeling backache, my abs, legs is pain. DE:☘️ go for walk 1hour, do 1 set of height 12/2: I get up early and feeling my body is pain DE:☘️do 1 set of height in morning ☘️ Do stomach vaccum exercise for 2 mins+ stretch less than 10 mins. ☘️ Go for walk about 30mins . 13/2: i still get up early and do height exs for 30 mins Afternoon, i walk 10 mins 14/2: today i workout 2 times: after get up and before sleep. Each time is about more than 12 mins. Bonus in afternoon i walk for 10 mins 15/2: today I'm not do in morning. I did this workout 4 times this week due to some health issues, will be doing more from the coming week. week 2 [start] - *150 cm* week 2 [end] - *150.5 cm* Well, to be very honest, I'm extremely happy right now. I haven't even grown a cm in about 2 years and 1.5 cms in just 2 weeks is great. I'm highly motivated to continue with this workout. I can see my legs being a lil slimmer as well. week 3 [start] - *150.5 cms* week 3 [end] - *151 cms* week 4 - I was extremely irregular due to my exams. Your workouts really help me with the confidence and self esteem. They are so effective and have great results. I'll try this workout 2 times a day and see how much i grow(i don't know for how long but i'll try for more than 2 weeks) Day 1- height - 170 cm( 5 ft 7) Update: i did it twice without a break and i have ti mention that i am familiar with workouts, so it wasn't really sweaty after it. In addition, my back started to hurt less . I will update about my condition tomorrow and how i feel. Day 2- today i woke up feeling full of energy and i was so surprised that i didn't wake up during the night( i usually have a really bad sleep and i wake for 3-5 times during the night). My body didn't feel weak and i did twice this workout. My back is feeling also good and i also went for a walk outside. I will measure myself at the end of the week. Also, i tried to drink 2-3 l of water and eat as healthy as i could. I think i will do also some yoga later. Thank you for supporting me! Day 4 and 5- today i measured myself and it seems like i grow 1 centimetre. That os crazy,i know. This days i felt full of energy and i did a lot of workouts. Feb. 13, 2024 - Many of you asked me to update again, and I continued for another 2 weeks and grew another 2 centimeters, but then I stopped doing it, but a few weeks ago I did more stretching exercises and I managed to reach my goal, now I'm with 171cm.

13 and almost 14 in 4 months and i can say that stretches have helped me alot these past 16 days,I've become more flexible and these feel relaxing grew 1 inch taller, drinking milk everyday 1-2 times, eating almonds and high in calcium foods and sleeping 8 hours has also played a big role,will continue doing these for the next 4 months and see the results, this is like a daily routine now so will keep on doing these until I'm 16❤

Thank you so much, it works! I grew 1cm in 2 days which is amazing! I grew up being the tallest of my friends but then I stopped growing at 12 for some reason and watching them slowly getting taller than me really made an impact. I was like "why does everyone grow but I? Why did I stop growing?" Let me tell you that watching your friends get taller than you is one of the worst feeling ever. I used to be taller by a head than one of my friends and now she's almost as tall as me! I'll keep doing this maybe one day I'll reach my dream height❤

I’m here to share my experience. I’ve been doing shirlyn’s stretching for about 1 year now. I started last year September. I went from over 60kg to 49kg (current), and gained few inches. Its great to say that she helped me a lot and I have been sharing my process to my friends and others and of course shared shirlyn too.
Just a reminder that, there’s always time that were about to give up as we don’t see no progress, but it’s process for a reason. Keep working on yourself but don’t forget to love yourself:)

I do a few exercise videos, not just this. At least 1 set per day. I also eat less junk food, fast food, hot, sweet and eat more vegetables, fruits, eggs. drink water.

☘️ Do stomach vaccum exercise for 2 mins+ stretch less than 10 mins.

Update: i did it twice without a break and i have ti mention that i am familiar with workouts, so it wasn't really sweaty after it. In addition, my back started to hurt less . I will update about my condition tomorrow and how i feel.
Day 2- today i woke up feeling full of energy and i was so surprised that i didn't wake up during the night( i usually have a really bad sleep and i wake for 3-5 times during the night). My body didn't feel weak and i did twice this workout. My back is feeling also good and i also went for a walk outside. I will measure myself at the end of the week. Also, i tried to drink 2-3 l of water and eat as healthy as i could. I think i will do also some yoga later. Thank you for supporting me!
Day 4 and 5- today i measured myself and it seems like i grow 1 centimetre. That os crazy,i know. This days i felt full of energy and i did a lot of workouts. I will continue doing this workouts because they make me feel good.
Update: it s been a while and i continued working out. Also, my back pain disappeared and i feel really good . About growing taller, i am not 1.72, and i have to mention that i do a lot of pilates( i started 2 months ago).

Height after doing it for a week:167 cm. I can't believe I actually grew a centimeter! Guys, in one week I grew 1 cm then just imagine what will happen if I do this for a month. It definitely worked for me. Another tip is, you can listen to subliminals made for growing taller they're available on yt. If you wanna do this exercise, best of luck! But remember, You're perfect in the height you are 💗

Day 1: its over in the day. It was a bit relaxing and tired too coz its my first time doing excercise after a long gap. Anyways it was good and relaxing. Along with this excercise I danced for about 15 mins with a balanced diet ( forgot to say-i had my fat cutter drink before my workout session )
