    Doing it in morning and evening
    14 years old girl.

    Day 1-✅
    Day 2-✅
    Day 3-✅I have felt a little difference and I also became a bit more taller than my mom 👍🏻
    Day 4-done in morning✅
    Day 5-✅done in the morning and evening both I have lost my 1 kg weight in 5 day I found it effective for loosing weight
    Day 6-✅both in evening and morning. I will update my height status on day 7.
    Day 7-✅thank you gurll for this amazing work out. I grew 0.8 cm taller 😭🎉🎉
    Day 8-✅did in morning only
    Day 9-✅did both morning and evening
    Day 10-✅ done
    Day 11-✅I lost 2 kg of Weight from 30th January to 15 February 😙
    Day 12-✅done both in morning and evening
    Day 13-✅ guys I randomly checked my height and I increased by 1 cm 😭🎉✨

    Day 15-✅ I loosed 3 kgs of weight from 30th Jan to 19 feb
    Update: my exams are going on so I'll update it when I'll continue

    Day 18-✅ on 3rd March , morning and evening and tomorrow I'll be measuring my height👍🏻
    Day 19-✅ I measured my height today on 6th March it increased by 0.4 cm 👍🏻

    I have stopped doing this exercise now but yaa it helped me lot in growing taller after doing this I was almost 5'4.5 but now I have joined gym so I have stopped doing this but if you wanna know that it works or not so yaa

    I am going to do this for 14 days
    Height - 5'1 and a half(155 cm)
    Goal - 5'4(162 cm)
    Day 1 ✅️ it was my first day so it was a bit difficult for me. It hurts a little bit but not for long. I am sure you can able to do these exercises. I realy enjoy doing these exercises.
    Day 2 ✅️ today, my legs hurt while doing these exercises. It will hurt for only 5-10 min not more than that. If u are healthy, u will not feel pain while doing these exercises.

    I didn't do your workouts for a month but after that I instantly realised that my stamina has lowered. I get tired quickly. One week after I started doing your workouts again I feel energetic and my stamina has increased again. Keep up with your videos. 😊👍

    Hey guys, I'm going to do this exercise for 1 month straight and just once a day and then I'll come back with the results for you.
    Before: 1,60cm or 5'3"
    Goal: 1,70cm or 5'7"
    ✅️Day 1:The exercise was really fun and I felt like it stretched everything in my body.

    ✅️Day 4: It seems that the more I do this exercise the more I feel stretched and relaxed, it is helping me a lot with some pain.

    ✅️Day 7: The week was incredible and my body feels much better. I decided that I'll only measure myself in the 2 week.

    Guys, maybe the exercise doesn't work for everyone or you don't have the same results as I did, but it's definitely worth doing!! My goal is 170cm so I still have 4cm to go, thank you for everything, I'll be back later for an update, to see if I reached my goal or not!!
    Feb. 13, 2024 - Many of you asked me to update again, and I continued for another 2 weeks and grew another 2 centimeters, but then I stopped doing it, but a few weeks ago I did more stretching exercises and I managed to reach my goal, now I'm with 171cm.
    Thank u so much for all of u who have followed me here, remembering that your results may vary, and the weeks that I stopped doing this exercise were due to pure procrastination, so don't feel so guilty if you don't manage to do it a week in full. Do it in your own time.

    13 and almost 14 in 4 months and i can say that stretches have helped me alot these past 16 days,I've become more flexible and these feel relaxing grew 1 inch taller, drinking milk everyday 1-2 times, eating almonds and high in calcium foods and sleeping 8 hours has also played a big role,will continue doing these for the next 4 months and see the results, this is like a daily routine now so will keep on doing these until I'm 16❤

    Thank you so much, it works! I grew 1cm in 2 days which is amazing! I grew up being the tallest of my friends but then I stopped growing at 12 for some reason and watching them slowly getting taller than me really made an impact. I was like "why does everyone grow but I? Why did I stop growing?" Let me tell you that watching your friends get taller than you is one of the worst feeling ever. I used to be taller by a head than one of my friends and now she's almost as tall as me! I'll keep doing this maybe one day I'll reach my dream height❤

    New one here! I am 17 years old, height 158 cm.
    Day 1: felt energetic, sweated a lot and felt bit pain in back.
    Day 2: Sweated a lot, felt less stiffness in back and felt lighter than first day.
    Day 3: Sweats are common during exercise, try to focus on your breathing. Try taking long deep breaths instead of short ones.
    Day4: today I did these exercises two times.

      ⁠@@graesthetic_art8-8you can be taller because when I in you age I was my height 143 but be have to sleep for 8 h with some exercise you will be taller just trust me take your time but do that before 15 or16 and better now because when you younger it’s easier

    unfortunately I didn't continued It only lasted for 1 week due to busy lifestyle, but I will reccomend you to do this exercise, my height increased by 2cm which is a good progress.but I'll brb to do this again

      This is even more help ful if you try to take healthy diet .
      This exercise stretch our full body and impreves body's elasticity.
      This is best.

    I’m here to share my experience. I’ve been doing shirlyn’s stretching for about 1 year now. I started last year September. I went from over 60kg to 49kg (current), and gained few inches. Its great to say that she helped me a lot and I have been sharing my process to my friends and others and of course shared shirlyn too.
    Just a reminder that, there’s always time that were about to give up as we don’t see no progress, but it’s process for a reason. Keep working on yourself but don’t forget to love yourself:)

    This is my challenge glowing taller 5 cm in 4 month.
    Current height 155
    Start: 10/2/2023
    Finish: 1/6/2023
    I do a few exercise videos, not just this. At least 1 set per day. I also eat less junk food, fast food, hot, sweet and eat more vegetables, fruits, eggs. drink water.
    Journal:
    10/2: ☘️do abs and height exercise. Feeling: headache
    11/2: Today i feeling backache, my abs, legs is pain.
    DE:☘️ go for walk 1hour, do 1 set of height
    12/2: I get up early and feeling my body is pain
    DE:☘️do 1 set of height in morning
    ☘️ Do stomach vaccum exercise for 2 mins+ stretch less than 10 mins.
    ☘️ Go for walk about 30mins .
    13/2: i still get up early and do height exs for 30 mins
    Afternoon, i walk 10 mins
    14/2: today i workout 2 times: after get up and before sleep. Each time is about more than 12 mins. Bonus in afternoon i walk for 10 mins
    15/2: today I'm not do in morning. But in afternoon, i go for walk about 10 mins
    DE: before sleep i did height exs about 30-40 mins
    16/2: I just do height exs for 30 mins( or more)
    Cause today I'm so busy, lazy and tired but try to do this for my height dream😍✨✨
    17/2: aftẻrnoon i walk for 15mins, do 1 set 12mins and wall legs up 13mins
    18/2: today so lazy so i just wall legs up 5 mins
    19/2: relax
    20/2: still lazy and i do 8mins wall legs up before sleep
    21/2: so motivated
    Get up early and do 30 mins of height increase exs

    Sorry so much, i regretted cuz at this time and now i have to study for exam and gifted axam. Also lazyy huhu😩😭😭. I need start right now!! Okay i think my height won't reach my goal. But in 1 month from today, I'll usually do it.

    I'll do it for a month and update at the start and end of every week. Being this short makes me feel so inferior honestly, I really hope that this helps me.

    It honestly feels great, even a cm's difference makes me feel so good. I did this workout 4 times this week due to some health issues, will be doing more from the coming week.

    Day 1: Pretty good. I liked the workout stretches. No problem at all

    Day 5: there is a slight change I see. I used to be like a little short when I stand next to people taller than me a little and I see I am catching up. I didn't want to do it today but I did it.

    Your workouts really help me with the confidence and self esteem. They are so effective and have great results. I'll try this workout 2 times a day and see how much i grow(i don't know for how long but i'll try for more than 2 weeks)
    Day 1- height - 170 cm( 5 ft 7)
    Update: i did it twice without a break and i have ti mention that i am familiar with workouts, so it wasn't really sweaty after it. In addition, my back started to hurt less . I will update about my condition tomorrow and how i feel.
    Day 2- today i woke up feeling full of energy and i was so surprised that i didn't wake up during the night( i usually have a really bad sleep and i wake for 3-5 times during the night). My body didn't feel weak and i did twice this workout. My back is feeling also good and i also went for a walk outside. I will measure myself at the end of the week. Also, i tried to drink 2-3 l of water and eat as healthy as i could. I think i will do also some yoga later. Thank you for supporting me!
    Day 4 and 5- today i measured myself and it seems like i grow 1 centimetre. That os crazy,i know. This days i felt full of energy and i did a lot of workouts. I will continue doing this workouts because they make me feel good.
    Update: it s been a while and i continued working out. Also, my back pain disappeared and i feel really good . About growing taller, i am not 1.72, and i have to mention that i do a lot of pilates( i started 2 months ago).

    I’ll be doing this 5x a week. Let’s see how it goes. I’m only 5’5 (late 20’s) I’m already tall as an Asian lady, but I wanted to be 5’6 and trying to lose weight at the same time. UPDATE:
    9th Nov: 65.5kg
    17 Nov: STARTED
    24th Nov: 64.1kg
    1st Dec: 64.7kg (been eating a lot lately, could have been worse 😝)
    27th Dec: After dinner, 63.1kg 🎄 - very late update since I eat a lot due to stress, cba to check my weight.

    I've been doing this for 3 days straight. Thought I'd record my progress in here.
    Height before starting:5"5 feet or 166 cm
    Day-1: It was pretty hard but I felt refreshed after doing it ✅
    Day-2: Done ✅
    Day-3: It's easy now ✅
    Day-4: Planks are so hard but I survived ✅
    Day-5: my mind during doing the exercise:who invented planks? Tho done ✅

    Height after doing it for a week:167 cm. I can't believe I actually grew a centimeter! Guys, in one week I grew 1 cm then just imagine what will happen if I do this for a month. It definitely worked for me. Another tip is, you can listen to subliminals made for growing taller they're available on yt. If you wanna do this exercise, best of luck! But remember, You're perfect in the height you are 💗
