Banana bread success! I had to add an extra cup of oat flour to the mix though, because it was too wet. Cooked for 50 mins at 170, in a fan oven. Its so nice.
TIPS FOR WHEN MAKING THE BANANA BREAD: • For a slightly more banana flavor, blend 1 banana and hand mash the others. Mix into the bowl after wet ingredients are poured in. • For the flaxseed egg, place in the fridge for 20 minutes and whisk them every 5 minutes for the gel texture which will help the ingredients stick together, like regular eggs do • If using a conventional oven, preheat to 325 and cook for 50 minutes Ive made this bread 4 times already and these changes have made it taste absolutely delicious. Thanks Rachel Ama for presenting your recipe.

The fact that I didn't need to add sugar and it was still sweet and delicious was AMAZING!!!! I made mini muffins for my family along with the bread!!!
Greatrising, i'm 57 yrs old and i love to cook. becoming a vegan is so beautiful. i love the recipes you present on your channel. I give thanks. May your ancestors continue to show favors for you and yours. Peace Love Happiness.
This looks GLORIOUS indeed. I love your recipes, Rachel, they always look like they are actually tasty, and they are easy to reproduce. Your Quinoa & Kidney Beans 'rice & peas' is now an absolute favourite of mine. That thyme!!!

Omigosh, I am so making that banana, chia jam, and nut butter oat bread for our staff morning tea...lush! The other breakfasts are also beautiful and delicious looking. Thank you so much for innovative ideas to keep our vegan menus interesting! 💕
These recipes look amazing. Please give us a sweet version of these waffles; like a churro style with an amaretto caramel sauce or like a strawberry and creme with toasted almonds! Oh my word 😋
Amazing recipes!!! And thank you so much for holding that jar up close so I can see that it was a Kilner Jar. I've been looking for those for weeks & didn't know what they were called.
So glad I found this video!! Can't wait to try these recipes!! They look so delicious and creative! Ps. You're such a natural in front of the camera, love your energy! 😊 Cant wait to binge-watch the rest of your videos!
Racheeeel once again I love your video. You're being like always creative and original and yet found a way to present oatmeal in a differently. Love these ideas
For the banana bread I cooked it at 350F. I checked it at 1 hour 5 mins and again 5 mins later my check it stab was still coming back not done. I feared the middle gooie yumminess was the reason. And I was worried the bottom would be over done so I pulled it out. Top layer was delicious and the right Consistency for banana bread. The bottom layer was over done on the bottom, The consistency was dense and still gooie as if it was under cooked. The top layer was just right. Next time I’ll only cook half the batter at a time and not layer it.
Just made this!! Its in the oven! So excited for it to come out. Wasnt sure about temp so set to 180 and hoping for the best lol!! Also bleneded the flax seed with the rest of the wet, hope thats right?? Thank you for this amazing recipe!!
I just wanted to say I think you are BEAUTIFUL!! 😊. Iv only been vegan for about a week lol but iv stuck to it!!! Your recipes are the most delicious iv seen 😍 will be trying many of them

Ok so the banana bread will be my try that look so yummy, love that it’s not a dry cake (need a couple of ingredients but got most so can’t wait to try it) thank you 💚✌️
Can we just talk about how good your thumbnail shots are? Is it possible for you to do a behind the scenes of how you take them? Pretty please? It definitely goes without saying that your recipes are life
This all looks wonderful and easy to prepare. I wish I watched this on Friday. Haha. I would have made those sweet potato waffles over the weekend. Great video!
These all look amazing, you’re inspiring me to eat better. Just one question: do you have the proportion of ingredients for the banana bread I can see somewhere? Many thanks!
😮😮😮🤯🤯🤯😍😍😋😋😋. The emojis speak for themselves. Wow❗️ mind blown. I didn’t even know you could do this with food! Truly inspiring and creative! Blessings to you, friend. Thank you for sharing your love, light and vision of vegan food with us. Thank you for making this lifestyle accessible and most of all not boring. Thank you heavens!
I've just had a go at the banana bread. In the oven now and I hope it comes out ok. I followed your link, but it only had ingredients and no method - so I flicked between your video and the ingredients to do the best of it. Only trouble I had was that you don't mention when to stir in the flax-egg (I stirred it into the oat flour when adding the banana mixture) and I wasn't sure what temp to set the oven - figured 180 C is pretty standard so went with that. Crossing my fingers now - and waiting impatiently for the timer to go off...... ;-)
I have found your videos so helpful!! I was wondering if you could do some meal ideas that are very quick and easy for people who struggle with mobility issues and fatigue so can’t stand around cooking for long 💕💕
You have inspired me so much! I was going from vegetarian to vegan, and you have given me so many ideas!! I just left the sto! Hahahaha. Thank you so much!!
On my way to my friends... ran into a video of this vegan cinnamon queen ... let me update... she asked if she could show a Brotha her vegan bread recipes... of course I said I would loved too ... now I got breakfast bread for Monday, sweet snack with tea for Tuesday, absolutely in carb love by Wednesday... and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and I hit up that recipe again on Sunday!
Sooooo I've literally been watching "Pineapple and Kale" videos over and over and here you are way over here on a WHOLE second channel with a plethora of good info. I feel like fool lol.

Just to confirm did you use 1 tablespoon a piece of the cinnamon, cocoa, and maple syrup for the overnight oats. I tried the recipe and put a tablespoon of each. It was good but I felt like I put too much cinnamon. Any thoughts?
