Have you tried to make your own seitan. It's so easy and you can create your own flavors. Love your vibe and energy ! You need to be on t.v.!!
These recipes are great. Side note: add garlic to the lentil balls, gives additional balls of flavor and thyme to the pasta sauce...hmmmmm. I’m still iffy about investing in the nutritional yeast. It’s expensive here.

I grew up eating Jamaican, Panamanian and Puerto Rican food. It’s great how you veganize Caribbean food. However I do think you might find an alternative for single use plastic containers.

Liked the video very clear and practical. It’s a question of personal taste but you could for example make the peanut sauce really flavourful. Indonesians 🤔 I believe are really good in ‘the art of peanut sauce’.Maybe the Thai too🤷♀️ Just a tip.🤓

Do you have any tips on foods that can increase FSH, Estrogen and Progesterone? My doctor said I would need to eat eggs or dairy to improve it, but I'm vegan for 8 months I really don't want to eat animal products anymore. I loved all your videos!

Try adding mushrooms first then onions, mushrooms can’t over cook just get better then you just cook them until the onions are done. I think it works much better

Food prep sounds like a good idea. The only problem is that nutrients are lost from fruits and veggies after slicing...especially vitamin C.
I’m just completing veganuary and finding salads to be the easiest thing to make.. will be trying the lentil balls ❤️
