Eating vegan never seemed interesting, but then I found your channel. Every dish looks outstanding, excellent culinary skills!
Every time I watch your videos it makes me wanna become vegan 🌱. Currently transitioning into vegetarian. I only was eating chicken for a while and now I’m trying to eating no meat !
Why would you go on a diet that is known to be nutritionally deficient in at least 1 vital nutrient (b12) and lacking in many other vital nutrients and possibly lacking in many other nutrients we still don't know about
ua-cam.com/video/JVRKinbm9Sg/v-deo.html
@blue222blue no healthy omnivores/carnivores need b12, only people with gastric conditions. Besides the b12 that vegan food completely lack, it is of course deficient in many other nutrients we know of but maybe a couple of nutrients we don't know of as well
@blue222blue you don't need fiber, fiber is indegestable rotting bulk which only irritates the gut. It is one of the most marked improvements people on the carnivore diet notice, regular easy stool
And no healthy people eating enough meat need supplition, it isn't a recommendation here either but Americans are falling for the big pharma/supplement scam
Arhu ughhh seriously just leave, why do you feel the need to come to someone’s comment just to point out something “bad” or make them think twice about their decision? If she wants to become vegan, LET HER, it’s her life, not yours, if you want to still be eating meat... good for you. But let her be happy about her decision. Also, why are you on this channel is you’re not vegan or vegetarian? You just come here to spread negativity huh? What a wonderful life you have
I'm eating the broccoli pasta right now, unbelievable! I added peas for some extra protein. Thank you Rachel!
I made this today! I did a Rachel move when you don't have something...improvise. So, I didn't have coconut flakes and I used mushrooms instead and added with chickpea crumbs. Eating my second helping now.
Thank you Rachel!
I have made many of your dishes and I have never been disappointed.
"then i've got about six cloves of garlic - by all means add more...." lol
Khwezi ZA I go through the whole bulb:: I can’t help it 🙃🙃

My eyebrows popped up 😂
Dawg, garlic is life. I understand
Same whenever recipe says 3 garlic gloves, i be just putting more than 3 😁 love garlic
I make soups and stews often, in the fall & winter, for the ease of preparation and the ability to fill my belly for a few days. I love butter beans but seriously overcooked some, last week (forgot to release the pressure on my Instant Pot!). Turned mushy beans into Bean & Potato Soup with various veg and liberal seasoning. The best soup ever! I keep frozen broccoli florets on hand since they are a natural partner for pasta...dress the dish up or down...broccoli pasta is such a delicious, quick meal for busy, or lazy, nights. Thumbs up for both of these recipes!
I've been binge watching your videos for the last day. I'm vegetarian but a lot of the time I end up eating vegan. I just bought your book, can't wait!
I am so excited until I have money enough to get your cook book. I just recently found out about your channel, and I get so inspired every time I watch a video

Thanks Rachel! They both look delicious! I definitely want to make the second pasta dish!!
That pasta soup recipe is making my mouth water 🤤 Looks so delicious, nutritious, and perfect for winter
I did the creamy pasta one and it was amazing! Definitely becoming a new staple. I didn’t do the coconut bits as didn’t have the flakes to hand but it was wonderful still without. I also added Nutmeg to the sauce at the end as felt it needed that little extra something :) thank you!!!
Everything looks amazing I'll be putting both recipes on next weeks menu. Thank you for sharing
Aww it’s already over... thank you for the thoughtful recipes! I’ve tried a few over some time and absolutely love!
Hi there! you have my favorite vegan videos of all!
I would really love if you did some sort of meal prep video that used the same ingredients for multiple recipes. This helps me stretch the longevity of my groceries and my budget and bit further. Love ya!
I love these recipes I’m doing the Mediterranean diet so lots of veggies so I’ve been looking into lots of vegan recipes, I’ll definitely try these :D
Rachel, I love how easygoing your recipes and approach to cooking are! Of course working with intention and thoughtfulness, but then kinda throwing it all together while having a chill time. You’re helping me remember that cooking can actually be fun and relaxing, not a fussy chore. Thank you so much!! I made the minestrone style pasta soup this week and it was so nourishing and yummy! 🧡
OMG Rachel, that first pasta recipe ........Yummy, yummy, I want it in my tummy, right now. Seriously I opened my mouth when you were tasting it. Have all the ingredients and am definately making it tomorrow. Ran downstairs to soak my cashews, phew.
Right back to the video.
That soup!!!!!! Must make. You are fire right now with your recipes and filming.
I made the pasta dish and is was sooooooo delicious. Am taking some to my vegan daughter in hospital to encourage her to eat.
Thank you for these recipes. They look delicious and I’m always looking for different recipes!
I’ve made the broccoli alfredo situation a ton of times. it’s a go-to favorite. I don’t usually do the coconut flakes because I’m lazy, but I think it’s delicious regardless. love the use of miso in the sauce! thank you for this great recipe!!
Your videos are EVERYTHING RACHEL! 😊 ❤️🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
I've tried both of these recipes now and both are delicious! Thank you ♥️
Oh my! I can't wait to try both of these! Thank you!
I need this in my life 😍 thank you Rachel 👏🏻💕
In India, we use pressure cooker to cook our beans. It just takes 15mins in it. Saves so much time.
I was just thinking the same thing, I'll just make the beans in the instant pot first! (Indian food is my favorite cuisine!)
Ohhh this looks delicious! I’ve love to see a Plantain video, it’d be so good to watch.
Hey Rachel these recipes look amazing always look forward to your videos love your energy❤
You had me as soon as the cream hit the broccoli!! Yumm-o!!
Absolutely delicious 🥦🥑🌽🌶🥒🥬🥝🍅🥭🍑🍒🍌🍉🍇🍓🍈🥥
I’m not a vegan but would definitely make and eat these especially the pasta one 🌻
these look delectable, super scrummy :) plan to try these asap: ready for the cold weather!!
These recipes look AMAZING. You inspire me to create my own vegan recipes and open up restaurant of my own in a few years. But for now I'm going to take my time and play with recipes
Made this Tonight.. lush lush lush !!!
I've always learned to never add salt when cooking beans because it toughens the skins, making the cooking time a lot longer. So maybe you can cut the cooking time for the second recipe by adding the salt after the beans have cooked through.
Wow the last dish looks amazing! I want to try it.
You must get her Cookbook. I have it and it's Fabulous!
Looks scrumptious...might try it one day soon
I love your videos, Rachel!
Wow Rachel, you got me hungry!!! Thank you this looks so Amazing!
Looks delicious and makes me hungry while watching
Hey beautiful! These dishes look amazing. TFS ❤️
You are my favorite plant-based go-to-girl!! Lol, I can't get enough of your recipes, thank you. Just bought your book. (Laura )
we make these coconut bacony bits but we pop them in the dehydrator for 24 hours and they get dry and crispy. We then keep them in a jar in the pantry and use them on all kinds of things like baked potatoes and toppings on soup. they are awesome. they look amazing in this pasta!
Definitely gonna make these this week. Thank you for showing so many recipes that makes so much easier to go vegan. Much love from Hungary!
I got the cookbook I am so excited!!!!!🥳
Omg you're so inspiring, beautiful, and your recipes are so bomb !!
You look lovely Rachel 💕💕, the food looks amazing as usual
I love you Rachel! We never met in life, but you enriched me with your channel!
Rachel, I love your channel 😍. My sister is doing Veganuary and im changed to a vegetarian. Thanks for all your help beautiful lady x x x
I literally made both of these recipes. I have not tasted the pasta soup yet (still cooking) but it looks really good. The other pasta was delicious. I want to try it with broccolini , broccoli, and cauliflower for some extra veg. It does take a lot of cashews (which is costly) but it was worth it.
I love adding chili flakes to everything! You can never have enough :)!
This looks sooooo good!
def making the bean soup
This is on the go as I type ❤️
I've made it through the first recipe (which is my favorite style of pasta anyways), but I can't get over the coconut flakes. Like, I want to make them right now. They look genius!
The second one I would definitely throw in my instant pot as it'll cook those dried beans in about 30 minutes. Both recipes look amazing!
LOVE these!!!
OMG I love you for this!!!
The colors in this video!! Especially the kale, pasta and butter-beans soup.. I watched on my 42 inch screen.. I felt like I was in the pot!! While I watched I cooked lentils and added stewed tomatoes and leeks!! Omg... You are awesome! (I'm New🙋)
we love Mexican food so make our own salsa, refried beans and Spanish rice. Add to meals and making your salsa throw the tomato's and onions, garlic, peppers and seasoning in a blender. Cook it down and add to your beans or rice. With a flour tortilla to wrap around it.
Those look lovely!
Video suggestions: fall pastries and snacks (anything with ginger and cinammon) ;)
The Wife and I have been on a Curry kick latley, would love to see some recipes with Curry and maybe Zuchini Noodles
Yum the soup looks so good
Can not wait to try this at home!
You always make good food!!
Rachel I can’t wait to get your cookbook! I made your chicpea curry and your sausage and veggie roast... everyone loved them!!! Quick question how many cans of tomatoes for this recipe? You have two and one in the description I just want to make sure I get it right. Thank you for all your videos! They help a ton when cooking for vegan and none vegan family members. 😊
You know what? I’ve never made soup. But now I want to try it. Looks soooo good!!!!!!
Thanks for the great recipes! I love your channel and for some reason look forward to you putting everything in a bowl that's too small. For new cooks be sure and wash your leeks very carefully. They get grit and sand around the base. I cut them and then put them in a big bowl of water. Let the sediment sink to the bottom. Lift the leaks out. Repeat util there is no sediment.
You are such a brilliant cook ❤️ Have you ever used romanesco style Broccoli in pasta dishes? It's so delicious, especially with Kalamata olives.
Oh wow that first pasta dish 🤤🤤🤤 I need to make that asap!
New sub! Can’t wait to start cooking these recipes!! 😍
Yummy !!! I want to start cooking love your videos !!!
Treating myself to a pretty blue pot, this weekend, feel I deserve it with my new skills!
I made the soup and it was delicious
For the second recipe, did you use brown or white miso paste? I love your videos and I have your book! x
The food was so delicious looking I almost didn't notice your faux locs are out. Hey, good looking 😍
Thank youuuuuu!!!
Love your channel! What can I use instead of miso paste?
You make me hungry every time 🥺
The coconut paprika has to make that pasta taste amazing. That has to be a killer proper kick plus with the Italian panko 👌👌👌👌
Hello Rachel love your channel! Are these recipes in your new book?
Recipes looks good Rachel. Can you do some videos on vegan sandwiches.
These coconut flakes a hmmmmmmm 😍🤤
Liked before I watched just because of the way this food looked on my Instagram feed 😋

Love your videos Queen
Yes
Wonderful video..if its true that you have a book, I will be buying it soon!
Looks delicious
Are these freezeable ? Thankyou rachel
I’m not even vegan but best believe I’m gonna pretend like going to cook these
How do you make the pasta without eggs? Looks delish!
Your recipes are very interesting, you mix flavors that I don't usually think about mixing. Like the miso paste in the cashew sauce. I will never do that, when I cook with Asian ingredients I don't mix it with western recipes. I always thought it was 'wrong'. Thanks Gordon Ramsey and Master chef for telling me not to mix cuisines!! 🤔
i love all your recipes they are so easy and tasty lovely food 🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰👍👍👍👍😁
AHH i want it all, amazing
🙌pasta pasta pasta🙌💃💞love pasta huge fan. How about a Lasagna recipe next 😜. These recipe is another adventure love to try, thank you Rachel.
