I just found your channel. I love your presentation. The bowls are very inviting! I'm 70 years old and I've decided to go plant based starting last week. I've been preparing for this most of this year. Slowly moving away from meat and dairy. I'm very excited about this new adventure. You're never too old to choose a road never traveled.
Today I tried the Romesco sauce, herby quinoa with peas, miso cauliflower and the salad. Tish, i think maybe you should give each bowl a name. One of the best meals I have tasted. I went a bit strong on the garlic in the Romesco sauce and I replaced the honey with maple syrup for the miso marinade. It was the perfect meal with all the flavours packing a punch in their own right. Great textures too. My 7 year old loved the miso cauliflower, and husband was licking the plate at one point 😳 I made enough for 2 family meals but sadly we ate the whole lot in one go!!!!! A must try.......
@@hobhamwich thanks for that great tip. I had adapted the romesco recipe and have been roasting the garlic along with the peppers. You are quite right, it's a great flavour and doesn't linger for hours after 😀
Being indian i need so much flavour in my food and surprisingly your way of making it reminds me that u have aptly balanced the taste in every bowl u made.

Visiting for the first time. I really like all your the Budha Bowls. Each bowl looks great with 3 or 4 items with their own individual recipes. I am going try each of the individual items and sauces separately and see which ones I like or feel comfortable in preparing, preferably with less oil. I usually like two items in my meal (with appropriate sauce you suggested) and I can then make my own bowls. Thanks a million for your video.
This is my first time finding the channel. I was so inspired I cooked these recipes all morning. Im transitioning into plant based, it has been a hard fight with my body, and i really appreciate how easy you make it feel. With lots of yummy flavors for winter. I cant wait to subscribe i see more.

“Aubergine” and “Tender-stem” sounds so much better than “Eggplant” and “Broccoli Rabe”. Literally, those terms even feel more sensual leaving my throat and tongue. Even “Pak Choi” feels preferable to “Bok Choi”. Somehow softer, more feminine. I will utilize them henceforth. 🤓😌 Beautiful recipes (and spirit); simple, bright, and delectable. If you haven't, try roasting the garlic for the Romesco. The recipe I use was pretty garlicky, and roasting it made my flavor profile more nuanced.

That carrot hummus looks very yummy. I make a beetroot hummus where I just add roasted beetroot to the basic hummus recipe and it is sooo good!
