You are hands down my favorite exercise channel. I used to follow another channel that offered high-intensity low-impact workouts, but I kept suffering injuries that caused me to pause exercise for days or even weeks while recovering. Since finding your channel, I haven't had any injuries but I definitely get sore and stronger. Love, love, love your workouts, and this one was fantastic!

This is brilliant! Love the varied intervals, which were a good shake-up for both body and mind. Just what I needed on a wet morning, thank you! As for the bell, I like it as I often look away from the screen and lose myself in the music and movement, so it keeps me on track. Another winner, thank you Jules 😊
Super-charged!!! I appreciated the "bell" at the end of each interval...to do the 30- and 45-second half-jog pace that I can achieve, I have to "get into the zone"...which usually means my eyes are closed!
Love the music will do this workout later but it looks so good. The bell is helpful sometimes I turn away from the tv and you have started the next exercise. Thank you Jules for all your workouts I never get bored because they are always different.😄

As someone who was an avid runner for years (2 half marathons and a dream to do a full in the future!) and had to stop due to life circumstances, I so appreciated this workout! I think I will try to do it every week until I feel confident enough to ease myself back into some light jogs outside! I do like the bell because I place my laptop from which I play your videos on a low surface and I like that I don't have to be looking down at the screen the whole time in order to know how much time is left. Thank you, Jules!
The intervals are definitely a great way to get back into running again. Each spring I do similar workouts outside by walking, jogging slowly, walking, etc., until I can jog longer and not walk as much. I have plenty of interval workouts which you can change up so you have different ones to use.

Wow! Excellent workout! Quite challenging for me, but the constant change-ups in the intervals really helped keep me going. For the fast intervals, I also varied the steps (some wide stance, close stance), high knees, running around the room instead of running in place...all that helped me not to notice how much energy I was exerting. Thank you for another superb video Jules. Perfect for increasing heart rate and strengthening heart muscles. I personally love the bell as when I am pushing myself really hard I tend to look at the floor as this helps me focus better on my goal for that particular section.

I know a couple of months have passed, but I like the chimes. I found that during the longer intervals I had my eyes closed with my face towards the air vents in my house and I was daydreaming while running and the chains really helped!

Rainy cool Monday in Texas. This workout got my heart pumping! Trying to work up to jogging and managed a few of them. But that cool-down? That was NOT! You tricked us into working out even more! 😂 EDIT: KEEP THE BELL. I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO WATCH A CLOCK DURING THE ENTIRE WORKOUT. IT'S TOO DISTRACTING.

After the 25 day program, there is a 5 day program (just look under the 'intermediate level strength' playlist. You can do the 5 day program for several weeks. When you get tired of that one, or want more of a challenge, there is a 2 day program to follow (upper and lower body).

Was kann ich danach machen um noch stärker zu werden, bzw. Noch mehr Muskeln aufzubauen???
Ich liebe es mit Hanteln zu trainieren...und Muskeln wachsen zu sehen...fällt sogar schon meinem Mann auf..😂

Thanks so much for your great feedback. I'm glad to read that you're enjoying the strength workouts and looking forward to continuing with them! After the 25 day program, there is a 5 day program (just look under the 'intermediate level strength' playlist. You can do the 5 day program for several weeks. When you get tired of that one, or want more of a challenge, there is a 2 day program to follow (upper and lower body).
