This is my favorite so far. The mental challenge of coordinating hands and feet is always good for me, but this one is good enough that it keeps me from getting bored the entire 15 minutes. Plus, it keeps my heart rate up without a lot of rest during the exercise.

Intense cardio from the past left me feeling worse. So, for me, less seems to be more. Your videos are perfect. I sweat, lift weights, and enjoy myself. A highlight for me is that you are not talking all the time. Just the basics, and most of those are subtitled! Have you seen the 5 day strength workout that follows the 25 day one? When I created the 25 day one, I had taken a year off work to work on my YT channel. I've been back at work full-time since a year ago September so I just don't have enough time to create long series anymore. I can only handle creating one video a week now (until I retire in 4 years). The 5 day strength workout is a good follow-up.
Okie-dokie...I'm back from a week-long FAB-O Birthday Bash (and I managed to, somehow, turn 72...egad...), so now it's all about getting back to the normal routine, and getting in my regular afternoon workouts with you! This was just the thing to get everything movin' again!
I just want to thank you so much for your videos. My lungs were scarred from long term covid and I am asthmatic. Just waking up the steps would leave me winded and I would just lay down after any household chores. I started doing your work out, at first I had to stop and rest after 10 to 15 minutes. On 11/16/24, I competed the 10000 steps challenge. I am so proud of my self, I was tired but not short of breath. I try to do some workout each day after work now. Thank you ❤

Did this one today. I made it a bit more challenging for me by wearing 2 lb weighted gloves, adding a pep to my step and a reach to some of the arm movements. Jogged in spots and got a pretty good sweat going. Grateful to my accountability group for suggesting you and your videos! Thanks Jules!

Hi Paula, I just always try to add in new moves when I think of them. When I plan the video, I sometimes come up with new moves that feel right with the music. I’m glad you enjoyed the workout:)
20, 11 2024 Hi Jules, I did this too today. I took your counsel to do 3 short workouts: one Keoni's and two of yours.. But this one focuses on the arms and it is my weak part and I do not like the exercises when it's overwhelmingly concentrating on the arms, more like those on the legs, standing abs are my favourites. That's why my favourite workout of yours has a balance of that whereas this one is too arm-focused, so it's not my cup of tea. The tabata one, has the legs, so that is for me. I saved it on my list of exercises. I am happy if I do one every day, and endeavouring to do two a day. Three is far fetched, today, I did this one, to stay awake and attentive at a video program I wanted to listen to carefully. I tend to fall asleep sitting down close to my bedtime.
This is now my favorite workout. I wish it were 5 to 10 minutes longer. Will you ever do a Latin music themed workout? If you have one please let me know where it is. Thanks so much for your contribution to senior health.
I have a new 30 minute one similar to this one coming out tomorrow:) As for Latin themed...I struggle to find good Latin music on the site where I get music. I'll keep looking!
I thought I couldn’t do standing cardio anymore. I was wrong, thankfully. I just have to go shorter times. Interesting fact, your seated cardio gets my heart rate up to 90-100. So did this one. I’ll build a bit of endurance and try your faster 15 min standing cardio’s.

So tonight I did one mile power walk❤ then this wee favourite. The words at the end really made me think hard about my exercise regime. The best movement is the one that feels good to you. So so true and I have to admit this type of workout along with the mile walk or the 3000/4000/10000 steps make me smile so much ad you let go of yourself, thou dance, you just get lost in it. Especially this one workout as every exercise I feel and they r all my favs for arms n legs. Now when I do a workout with weights I don't smile. I feel I do them because at third age it's needed and I do them but don't enjoy as much ad this type. Anyone else relate lol when I do my strength with weights its like oh here I go and I watch the timer. Just reading the wee motivational wording got me thinking....and its made me think❤❤❤
I’m so glad you’re enjoying these ones, Allyson. If you really don’t like strength training, just add in some squats every second day, or focus on doing my 10 or 15 min full body strength workout twice a week.

Thank you for the feedback. When you feel it's too much, just relax the arms but keep moving along with the legs, and then just bring the arms back in when you're ready.
