Thank you so much Jules. I fractured my ankle July 2023, hospitalized with no weight bearing for two months, came home and struggling with balance and well…just life. I ended up with a blood clot in my calf and that made me decide to start moving! I followed your videos since November 2023, I loved the rock’n roll ones. They lifted my spirits and I gradually started to feel inspired. I have lost 30 pounds and I love how I feel in my swimsuit. Thanks to you I can swim 50 lengths, walk for two hours and am doing weights. Thank you so much! My surgeon said my healing is miraculous, but its thanks to you.

I'm 69 and have been exercising a little over a year on You-Tube. I just wanted to tell you, I bought a rebounder and am able to work out on the rebounder with your videos. I love them. Thank you SO much!
@@ImprovedHealth They're a lot of fun and super good for your lymphatic system. I don't miss a day on it. 20 minutes a day makes all the difference. I like my bungee rebounder the best. The spring rebounder is too stiff for me. They say "the more bungees, the better." I sometimes do the "health" bounce when you're walking. You're fun to follow!!! Thank you! 😊

In all the time I've been following your videos Jules I'm not sure I've ever said THANK YOU! Today was my first day back to workouts after having a bad cold for most of November. I did this video this morning plus your most recent 15 minute full body strength video. I used light weights to get back into it slowly (I'm 66 years old). I can't tell you what a mood booster you are! I feel so much better now that I've worked out. And the other plus is after working out I am more conscience throughout the day of just simply feeling stronger. I'm going to make a concerted effort to stick with it this time as I often go off of exercising. To me, yours are the best workout videos out there. Keep up the great work. I was having a hard time getting my heart rate up so I held 2 pound weights from the beginning and it really helped. Thanks for the suggestion. I love how you make each workout easier or harder for whatever is needed!

This was the perfect video for me. This will be my go to. I love the 30 minute videos with a variety of exercises rather then the walking/jogging every other exercise. The perfect amount of strength and flexibility added in. And of course, the stretching at the end , to me, is like a reward for finishing the workout. I would love to see more like this!
