I've have been fortunate enough in being active for 32 of those years, going to the gym, and speed walking until I hit a brick wall. I found myself sedentary and extremely ill for the last 8 years and now I find myself being able to follow your videos about 2/3 of the way. I found your videos almost 2 months ago when I had begun to feel a little energetic and decided to try the workouts. The first week, I was lasting about 5 minutes. Now, I'm near finishing the workout. I appreciate all that you give and with a smile on your face. I don't know if I will ever be capable of doing the videos 5 to 6 days a week, but I do what is possible for me to do at that moment and then I do what Ican. I still have bad flare ups so I rest those days. I'm so happy do have gained a little energy and being able to be a little mobile once more. Again, thank you soooo much; greatly appreciate it.

@ImprovedHealth do these workouts really help to increase your energy level, I'm about to turn 70 and I am always tired but I don't sleep well. I have tried other 15 minute walk at home videos but don't notice any increased energy
@@reeciecup55 There are so many things that play into the role of our energy level during the day. Eating healthy, ensuring we're getting the right vitamins (through food or possibly multi-vits, etc.), moving throughout the day (the more we sit, the more tired we get), getting fresh air and having a routine for going to bed at the same time. My suggestion is to have yourself checked out by your doctor (blood test to determine if you're missing anything), and aim to move throughout the day (not just once or twice, but at various times in the day). On days when I am sitting too much, I go up and down the stairs 10x and that definitely wakes me up! Also, maybe a 15 min nap in the afternoon might be a good thing (just don't allow yourself to sleep too long since that'll mess up your sleep at night). Lastly, having a sleep test might also help to rule out sleep apnea. If you're not getting the oxygen you need, you will definitely be more tired. Maybe try adding 3 15 minute walking workouts out in the morning, afternoon and evening and see if that helps with your energy and sleep.
You never disappoint. The colors; music, and moves were all enjoyable. Maybe you could put out a Christmas themed workout next month....that would be fun.

if you want honest feedback... I'm in my early 70s, used to regular exercise but arthritic and overweight. I found this a bit fast for me and couldn't follow some of the switching between what the arms are doing compared to what the feet are doing. But, then again, you can't please anyone with every workout. I know that and will keep following along with you.
Hi! I appreciate honest feedback:) This workout is an intermediate level workout. I create 3 levels (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you head to the playlists on my main channel page, you'll see all of the workouts categorized into the various levels. There is also another feature on UA-cam where you can slow the pace down. I hope that helps!
