So how I got injured was I tried to save a patient from falling from her bed ( I know I shouldn’t have acted like super woman but I didn’t have time to think of a better solution) Patient didn’t fall but I ended up straining my upper back. Then later that week I got sick with corona so I became bed bound for 3 weeks which didn’t help my back at all as I was lying on my back for the most part. I finally recovered from the corona but my upper back feels like hell. I’m making progress tho. Its been almost a month now since I recovered and regained strength to get up from my bed so I know with time my back will get better too.

I lost 100lbs over a longer course (2.5 years) several years back and while I've been able to maintain that weight loss, building core strength, particularly in the lower core has been difficult for me. And that stupid piece of pudge that simply will not go away. :< I'll be adding this workout in as a regular one!
Your lower belly may be the last place that your body loses weight...so just as i explained in the video, keep up with your strength training, cardio/hiit workouts, and eating well. YOU WILL GET THERE!!! XOXOXO
I couldn't understand what should be the workout routine if I wanna sculpt mybody? Cardiac, hiit, lower belly,upper belly,what to do and how many days ?
You need to do Cardio/HIIT workouts, and you need to do strengthening and sculpting workouts, and you need to eat well...no junk food! Exercise everyday!
You can...but just remember not to push yourself and WORK CORRECTLY! Don't "poof" out the stomach. Keep your core engaged and keep the "scoop" in the belly by pulling your navel to your spine. xoxo
You’re most likely activating muscles you’re not used to using... but be sure you aren’t gripping in your legs during your core exercises. Your core should be doing most of the work. Think of lengthening and stretching your legs instead of tensing them up. 👍🏼
