Just did this during my lunch break- what a fabulous combination and I love how wrist-friendly it is! Forearm everything feels harder than being up on one's wrists anyway. Love the flow of exercises. The boat crunches with the in-air starfish combo is super potent. Thank you so much!! 💖
I've done this one multiple times. It's so great in combination with other conditioning exercises because it isn't too time consuming. Today I did a jog then this workout right after. Jogging for cardio, pilates for core/stability to be in the best shape possible to perform my variation and core dances in December.

Both! If you stick with my workouts, overtime you’ll gradually gain more strength and flexibility…but if you want to speed up the process definitely be consistent with stretching - specifically your hamstrings so you’ll eventually get those legs straight. Don’t get frustrated - that’s why I always say to “strive for YOUR longest leg possible.” 🥰💖💪🏼🧚🏼♀️ You’ll get there!
