    Desirée, thank you for the gift of this surprise new clip on a Monday! I decided to take it after taking another one of your classes and I’m definitely feeling the burn. The boat -pose exercise towards the end gave me a hard time but I fought back 😆! Beautiful mix of exercises, with your usual grace and creativity. I appreciated your color scheme, too. Just lovely!     Thank you Desiree. I had a day where I needed to move to get my mind off the crazy day and this did it. I didn't have time for anything longer and this provided the mental health release that I needed. You are there for us more than you know. Thank you for resetting my brain so I can be clear enough to refocus on my family.

    I lost my mother last week and was not able to do anything coz I was taking care of her since a month in another country. Still used to see your video and was feeling tht inner peace. Now I am trying to find my life without mom and dad and just not abl to move ahead but still gonna give my best to get my life on the track.

    Just did this during my lunch break- what a fabulous combination and I love how wrist-friendly it is! Forearm everything feels harder than being up on one's wrists anyway. Love the flow of exercises. The boat crunches with the in-air starfish combo is super potent. Thank you so much!! 💖

    I've done this one multiple times. It's so great in combination with other conditioning exercises because it isn't too time consuming. Today I did a jog then this workout right after. Jogging for cardio, pilates for core/stability to be in the best shape possible to perform my variation and core dances in December.

    Hello lovely Désirée, just what i need to feel the burns on my abs, since i can't no more do push ups and reverse table top 😣😣 due to my serious shoulder issues, for the moment anyway. So if i want to keep the surgeons' scalpel away, must let my shoulder take a rest. Thanks always. Love and blessings.

      Both! If you stick with my workouts, overtime you’ll gradually gain more strength and flexibility…but if you want to speed up the process definitely be consistent with stretching - specifically your hamstrings so you’ll eventually get those legs straight. Don’t get frustrated - that’s why I always say to “strive for YOUR longest leg possible.” 🥰💖💪🏼🧚🏼‍♀️ You’ll get there!
