  • In an effort to create shorter workouts I can add to my “Quick Workouts” Playlist, I bring to you a super fun targeted arm workout that you can do literally anywhere! Do this workout standing up or seated and in just 10 short minutes your arms will be on fire! The challenge: DON’T DROP YOUR ARMS! For those of you who want to amp it up even more, throw on your wrist weights! Let me know if you were able to complete this workout without dropping your arms. 💪🏼
