I’m a dancer and have never been able to work my entire core in one work out. I usually do core one day and obliques the next and then alternate from there. Your workouts, however; have changed my workout routine! By doing this video I can not only work both my core and obliques, but I can also work my shoulders and hamstrings as well! Thank you so much!

I did this workout...dripped in sweat.....n my all time fav workout is core crusher with the oblique workout ....it has helped me so much in gaining strength n balance n added this one as u said this could be done regularly TK u Angel

illusen 7 Thank you so much for your lovely comment but I have to be honest with you, I really don’t have any hair secrets or special things I do or use. I haven’t cut it in forever, which is why it’s so long. From a far it looks healthy but if you look closely I have a lot of breakage, split ends, and damage. It’s probably from always putting it up in a bun with hair ties and bobby pins. I also used to wash my hair everyday but it got soooo dry...so now I wash it every other day or sometimes I go 3 days. I don’t use any products...just a Garnier shampoo and an Ogx conditioner. Merry Christmas!!! Xoxo 🥰❤️😘💖😉💜
hi! thanks for another great workout - i have a q - i really felt my knee in 2 of those exercises - it was that jump up from a plank - w heels trying to reach the bum - and also the bicep curl - is there anything i can do to modify the exercise ? (I do not particularly have knee problems but still am super cautious if something doesn't feel right) - thank you!
Bicep curl? I think you meant hamstring curl. If you feel discomfort in the knees don't bend them quite as much when doing your hamstring curl. So your heels wont come quite as close to your bum. You can always take out the jumps too. There's nothing wrong with doing these little modifications. safety first!

hi! thanks for another great workout - i have a q - i really felt my knee in 2 of those exercises - it was that jump up from a plank - w heels trying to reach the bum - and also the bicep curl - is there anything i can do to modify the exercise ? (I do not particularly have knee problems but still am super cautious if something doesn't feel right) - thank you!
Bicep curl? I think you meant hamstring curl. If you feel discomfort in the knees don't bend them quite as much when doing your hamstring curl. So your heels wont come quite as close to your bum. You can always take out the jumps too. There's nothing wrong with doing these little modifications. safety first!
