    Desiree - You are a gifted teacher. This is another brilliant workout. Compared to the many millions of workout videos out there, yours are not only effective (I can see the change in my body) but also make us feel good while doing it.

    This is my favorite!! I prefer the longer HIITs but I love these too because I can easily fit them in throughout the day. I’m doing like 3 videos a day. So much fun!! 💕💕

    it makes me so happy to bring back all the muscle memory and pointed toes from many years of ballet as a kid. This is by far my favorite HIIT workout. Also you are sooooooooo darling!

    Hello Desirée, I really enjoy your workouts and it's been an absolute pleasure working with you. One small request, could you put a small preview of the next exercise at the top or bottom of the screen, so that we can pace ourselves and know what exactly we're going to do? XX :)

      Thank you for your suggestion. I’ll keep that in mind for the future but at the moment I don’t have the editing software to do that...and if I do, I’m not exactly sure how to do it. I’m not very “techie.” Instead I’ve been doing “exercise previews” before the workout so you know what exercises you’re in for! 😘

    I did your 40 minute full body hiit earlier today. Couldn't sleep was stressed out, it's now 11:30 pm in South Africa and I just completed this. I'm dripping, but so happy and feeling relaxed. You're brilliant Desiree. I'm just annoyed that I didn't discover you earlier. ❤️❤️❤️

    I’m a dancer and have never been able to work my entire core in one work out. I usually do core one day and obliques the next and then alternate from there. Your workouts, however; have changed my workout routine! By doing this video I can not only work both my core and obliques, but I can also work my shoulders and hamstrings as well!     I just finished and it was great! Challenging enough to not be boring, but simple enough to not be too intimidating. Anyone who is worried, it's not that bad. I really do hope you try it.       @@DansiqueFitness Thank you so much! That is very thoughtful of you. I haven't really done very many Pilates workouts before, mainly just regular HIIT workouts and such. I wanted to try Pilates and this is a good bridge for me. I am going through rough times with mental health and was feeling overwhelmed, but I was able to do this. It was challenging, but not overwhelming. I like your style of Pilates and your friendly environment helping people through your workouts and being very understanding. Just by hearing your voice, you sound like someone I would like to know. I hope that you have a good day and are doing well.

    Wow, love how you broke that up into alternating sets of ea move. I do something similar with releves and walk outs/planks w/ supermans, etc. However, I don't kick my butt like this workout will!!! thanks and you're awewome.

    I did this workout...dripped in sweat.....n my all time fav workout is core crusher with the oblique workout ....it has helped me so much in gaining strength n balance n added this one as u said this could be done regularly TK u Angel

    This is one of my favorite workouts! 😍😍 It's so challenging and when you're doing these Spiderman - Planks I always think 'will I make it through these 45 seconds?' but I do and this is why I love it soo much..     Thank you so much for your amazing work, Desiree! I've noticed you have gorgeous and very long hair, so I was wondering if you could do a video about your haircare routine, or maybe share some tips through IG. Mine is almost as long as yours and I'm so scared of damaging it from washing it too often -since I follow your workouts every day and they OBVIOUSLY have me dripping in sweat!       illusen 7 Thank you so much for your lovely comment but I have to be honest with you, I really don’t have any hair secrets or special things I do or use. I haven’t cut it in forever, which is why it’s so long. From a far it looks healthy but if you look closely I have a lot of breakage, split ends, and damage. It’s probably from always putting it up in a bun with hair ties and bobby pins. I also used to wash my hair everyday but it got soooo dry...so now I wash it every other day or sometimes I go 3 days. I don’t use any products...just a Garnier shampoo and an Ogx conditioner. Merry Christmas!!! Xoxo 🥰❤️😘💖😉💜

    hi! thanks for another great workout - i have a q - i really felt my knee in 2 of those exercises - it was that jump up from a plank - w heels trying to reach the bum - and also the bicep curl - is there anything i can do to modify the exercise ? (I do not particularly have knee problems but still am super cautious if something doesn't feel right) - thank you!

      Bicep curl? I think you meant hamstring curl. If you feel discomfort in the knees don't bend them quite as much when doing your hamstring curl. So your heels wont come quite as close to your bum. You can always take out the jumps too. There's nothing wrong with doing these little modifications. safety first!

    I loved it. My hamstrings were too tight.But, I can not touch my knees to my head.

      Hard to say...it depends on many factors like your weight, age, and overall effort...but somewhere around 200 calories!
