Started to feel better at the moment the intro music turned on and i just finish the whole video. Now i feel relax and calm and grateful for your video. I really enjoyed the focus on core (it burned!) in this routine, as well as your pointer in crunching from the core and reminding me to not be using my neck. I've honestly never heard it explained in such a way (or much at all), to the point that I was able to really notice the different sensation once I followed your guidance on this. Thanks for the neck rolls at the end too!

I am currently doing a 6 week pilates challenge and filming the whole thing with weekly result updates for people to see the effect of pilates. Currently on week 2. Will be posting the video in 4 weeks on my channel! So far already lost 3lbs and 2cm off my waist! These videos are so good I love them so much!
Your mindful.and challenging workouts helped me find my lower abs which I had not been able to activate the past decade. I don't know if it was pregnancy or C-section or conditions that led to the emergency C-section but I simply couldn't activate my lower abs after i had my baby. The waistline re-appeared, the pain in the C-section area receded, I gor back the roll ups and teasers. But area abs below navel was simply numb. My brain couldn'r find them, they kept popping up when i exercised. Doing your workouts, I started feeling the lower abs again and last week, I was able to pull them in. Thank you so much ❤❤🌹🌹
