  • Welcome to this 10 Minute Ab Workout! This goodbye belly session is a great core sequence that will strengthen and slim your midsection and tighten and tone your core. It is especially gentle to your pelvic floor as it doesn't include any jumps and no high-intensity exercises. It is suitable for any level - from beginners to advanced.
    You should NOT do this workout if you have diastasis recti.
    Each exercise will last 30 seconds. If you need a break, feel free to pause this video and continue whenever you are ready.

    Ui, workout für kaiserschnitt, perfekt 😃 vielelicht kannst du noch dazu sagen, ob die rückbildung vorher abgeschlossen sein sollte (gerade bauchmuskeln..) oder nicht. :) danke!

    Hi Sally thank you so much for theae videos ! How often do you recommend doing this workout in order to see results? I’m trying to do the 30 minute cardio burning one 2-3 times a week

      I am happy you are enjoying the workouts! 3 times per week for 30 minutes is great to see results. That's about what I do. I can highly recommend the 30 min fat burning workout on my channel. Thats super effective. Have fun!
