- Welcome to this 10 Minute Ab Workout! This goodbye belly session is a great core sequence that will strengthen and slim your midsection and tighten and tone your core. It is especially gentle to your pelvic floor as it doesn't include any jumps and no high-intensity exercises. It is suitable for any level - from beginners to advanced.
You should NOT do this workout if you have diastasis recti.
Each exercise will last 30 seconds. If you need a break, feel free to pause this video and continue whenever you are ready.
